We chose this property due to the photos. Our daughter was getting married and we needed room for out of town guests and also a “great room” for a brunch on Sunday. This house did not disappoint, the great room was absolutely perfect and we also were able to use the back yard patio since the weather was beautiful. We had to cook brunch for about 40 people and the kitchen was amazing. This is a beautiful property that we would highly recommend if you’re looking for something in the Oro Valley/ Tucson area.

Overall great place to stay. The pool was so relaxing. Space in the house is great and kitchen very useful. House is located in a great location.
Some helpful suggestions, hooks are needed for towels in bathrooms. The two decorative ladder pieces in bathrooms do not work with multiple people staying in the house and no place to put hand towel in half bath. Master bathroom shower heads need to be replaced, the calcification with the shower heads are causing the water to spray everywhere, rather than straight down as intended.
Landscaping crew was there during our visit, from what we saw they were there for several hours but the backyard still needed the grass cut down better and dead flowering from cactus not cut back. Sand mounds from critters were not cleaned up and ant hills had lots of ants running around tiles on area around lounge chairs and entrance into the pool. Missing floats for use in pool.

We enjoyed the area where the house is located. It was clean, very nice homes, and we were able to use the pickleball courts for a morning, thanks to a hospitality manager at the golf course.
We had some service issues, including a gas range that did not work without using a firestarter. The person who came out to fix it told us a GFI switch had to be reset.the barbecue grill and the pool were a great source of gathering and fun.
The only odd thing was the vehicle in the garage which I assumed belonged to the owner. When we first arrived, it was facing in with the hood up. A day or so later, it was facing toward the garage door with the hood down. And a another day later, it was facing toward the garage wall with the hood down. I used the garage to take out the trash and recycles. Why would the owner, or a designated friend if his, so this with the vehicle? It was not appreciated.

We were very happy with the property. We’d stay there again and we’ll recommend it to others.
Two small negatives: a.) Listing indicates pool with fountain, but when we called for instructions about the fountain we were told “it’s not for renters”, b.) as indicated in a call and email to mgt. company, patio umbrella was broken and lying on the ground when we arrived.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. House is spacious and allowed us to spread out and enjoy our visit. Yard is private and even though pool was cold, it was still nice to look at and enjoy the waterfall. Beds we’re comfortable.
We look forward to staying here long term in the very near future. Neighborhood was great for walking and the walking/biking path was very close by.
Shopping and restaurants are within minutes and there are plenty of golf courses within a 10-30 minute drive.
We loved it here and are glad we booked for the 2 weeks!

Loved the space in the house. Close to Catalina State park and other sights. Had plenty of room in the house and spent time on the very nice patio.

Beautiful home in peaceful and safe neighborhood. Many neighbors out walking along streets and golf course cart paths. Lovely, Pet friendly home in heart of Oro Valley. Close to stores, restaurants, activities.
