This was one of best stays in a long time!
Nice fenced yard for our 2 dogs, nicely supplied kitchen!
We shopped and cooked every night!
Bedrooms really comfortable able to close shutters for complete darkness. Ample towels, blankets!
I honestly do not have a single complaint!
Would stay here again!

Spacious, comfortable, safe, convenient, clean, quiet. Five minute drive to Desert Ridge marketplace that has restaurants, movies, groceries, plenty of shopping. Easy access to local thruways (51/101) for visiting other parts of Phoenix and Scottsdale, and to hiking and sightseeing areas north of Phoenix. Located in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to paved walking paths and cycling trails.

My husband and I came to AZ and stayed the property for 1 week with our adult daughter. We met there to attend our son’s wedding. The house was very comfortable and fully equipped with everything we could need. The home is just as seen in the pictures and very clean. The location cannot be beat! Nice, quiet neighborhood and so close to many stores and excellent restaurants.
We will definitely consider another stay when we come back to AZ.

The house was perfect and everything we needed was provided. Loved all the rooms and layout. Especially loved the pantry and garage!!We had a granddaughter sleepover and the backyard and patio were a hit.The bedrooms are very cozy and each has plenty of hangers. The master is gorgeous and huge!! We had no complaints.

Clean, welcoming, plenty of linens, cutlery, dishes, etc. Good closet space and laundry facilities. Ceiling fans and HVAC were great. Use of garage made a huge difference with the car in the hot weather. We used 2 bedrooms, both had comfortable beds. Overall this home is well kept and comfortable.
Having had a VRBO I have a few suggestions. Please consider adding a laundry basket, trash can in laundry room, small chair or bench in the bedrooms, and an ottoman and a small end table in the family room so guests can put their feet up and have a table at each end of couches. Master shower/toilet area very tight, consider removing door or changing the swing. I could not find a kitchen colander for washing veggies/fruits but I probably overlooked it as the kitchen was well appointed.
We enjoyed our stay at this home and even though I made some suggestions, please know these are not negative comments, we had a nice stay without them and are only trying to make the home even better than it is.

This home is in the perfect location. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly. There is a park a few houses down, which was extremely helpful for us to walk our dogs (although the yard was quite spacious). The home was warm and inviting. I would highly recommend this home!

Very beautiful home, perfect place close to highways, Mayo, restaurants, basically anywhere you want to go. Quiet neighborhood. House had everything you need to either barbecue or cook in the home. Very nice artificial grass in the backyard. Perfect place if you have pets. Definitely will try and stay here again if available.

We stayed at this property while having some work done on our house and it was absolutely perfect! Great quiet family-friendly neighborhood with walking trails and parks very close by. The house itself was well stocked with everything we needed. We had to extend our stay unexpectedly and the host was extremely helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed staying in the house, as it was close to quite a few freeway systems. It is also close to shopping and many sightseeing locations and events. Also, the property owner was very helpful and accommodating with our requests.

We booked this property to hold a family Christmas. The property was just as advertised. It had a great floor plan, wonderful enclosed back yard for children, and well stocked kitchen. It was clean and in a great neighborhood. It was only 2 houses away from a great park with volleyball and basketball courts. Amie was wonderful and left us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. We had a great family Christmas there and would go back again in a second!

This was a real find. The location is great. The house is great. Roomy. Looks like new appliances, books to read, 70” tv with cable, second family room with TV. Keurig with coffee and creamers, laundry.
Everything we needed for a weeklong stay.
And Aimee is wonderful. Responsive and made this hassle free.
