Excellent. Great location. Good floor plan

Pulling up to the home, it doesn't look all that great as the landscaping is not taken care of very well and the paint on the porch is chipping away. Once you get inside (if your pin doesn't work, they have a physical key lockbox there), you'll notice it very much needs updated. Not really the paint or anything, but the furnishing is literally bare minimum. All the dishes and utensils are basically falling apart, the couches are LITERALLY falling apart and they used these cheap couch covers because the faux leather is flaking off. And it does flake off all over you and the floor because the covers don't stay on very well. The master bedroom has a tv mount on the wall, but no tv, which was fine. Just weird. The master bathroom tub was dirty, but everything else was clean. The window in there is broken and doesn't shut all the way, so you can really hear the ocean while you do your business. The bed was warm and comfy. There were a few roaches, tiny babies, but roaches in the kitchen, and one in the bathroom I found dead on the floor at one point. It wasn't anything that made us leave and we didn't complain. Overall, it worked for our needs and was an okay place to stay. I'd definitely use the company again, but maybe not stay in that specific home again. Around $1,300 is a lot for a week and the inside did not show or match that. It was right on the beach and the porch was where we were most times when "home", just watching the ocean.Not saying don't do it, but know yourself.

Beautiful comfortable home with exquisite views of gulf. Seafood markets & restaurants very near by, kitchen equipped for meal prep. Fresh fish, shrimp & crab readily available! Back deck with lovely view of wildlife in dunes. Audubon bird sanctuary trail very natural and beautiful with trials leading to natural remote beach. Golf cart & bike rentals near by. Aquarium was very interesting-we visited twice. All I would recommend to the host-plz post instructions for thermostat use & place to-go menus from local restaurants in kitchen with a map of the island. Our stay was perfection!

The location is great. Easy access to everything. Gated community so very little traffic. Short walk to beach and many hours spent on front porch.

The property was in a great location in a beautiful neighborhood. The home was clean and had great supplies for everything we needed. The couches could use updating, but honestly our kids did not care and enjoyed crashing on them to watch movies and play games in the evening. We enjoyed this property and plan to return.

Positive- The Bama breeze was so close to the water with a great view and awesome wind from the front porch. Gated community so you didn’t have all the extra traffic. 4 rooms with beds and 3 bathrooms. Negative- we never received instructions for gate access prior to arrival but after calling I was able to go pick up badges. There were a few large Roaches and though this is typical for the area I was not a fan. The living room furniture had covers on them that came off to reveal furniture in bad need of replacement. Would still have the house overall 4/5 starts as it was a very relaxing get away

The only thing current is the flooring and tv's. It is spartan and old. I would not ask guests or family to visit. Everything except the frig ice maker worked and it was clen. It is just way past the time to renew furniture, rear deck, and landscaping. Thougt price was good but I would not go back.
