Don’t hesitate to rent this home! Immaculate, impecable home close to downtown. Beautifully decorated with luxurious bedding and towels. Kitchen fully equipped. Seamless process from booking to checkout with all questions answered in a very timely manner. You will not be disappointed!

This property is perfect for multiple families or couples. We were traveling for a family wedding with little kids, grown ups, and elderly grandparents and it well suited all of us! The downstairs master suite was great for the older folks who don’t do well with stairs. Home was clean and well stocked. Decor is simple, modern and tasteful. Host was communicative but we didn’t need much from them- everything was all there and all directions were clear! And the area is lovely! Peaceful old Florida beach town. We hope to come back!

We stayed at this property for a long weekend with 7 adults (ages 29-70). The house was wonderful - open floor design made it easy to socialize in the kitchen/living room, well maintained/new EVERYTHING, plenty of sleeping options with lots of extra bedding/pillows/blankets available, equipped with great "extras" (spices, condiments, shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, etc), and very clean. Walk to the beach was an easy 5 minutes and there was ample room to park 2 cars in the driveway. There is a Publix that is about a 4 min drive away and we loved eating at (walking distance) Aunt Kate's as well as doing take-out from the Chinese restaurant next to Publix. The drive into St. Augustine was quick (12-15 min) and easy. Everyone on the trip agreed that this VRBO was perfect. Communication with the owner was prompt and easy. Highly recommend!

What a great house for our family of 8! We came to St Augustine for our daughters wedding and this home was perfect! Well stocked, beautiful pool and hot tub, pool towels, a working grill, and plenty of space! About 7 minutes to Publix and 10 minutes to downtown we could not have asked for more! The home was spotless when we arrived and there was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, shower towels and even spices in the kitchen! So nice not to have to pickup those items for our stay.

This home is beautiful and spacious. Property owner was attentive and understanding. Location was perfect for sunrise walks to the beach and ten to fifteen minute drive into downtown st. Augustine. Would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area.

What a memorable 60th Birthday celebration! This home had it all and more… plenty of room and fun for 5 kiddos under 8. The room above the stairs was the “Cousin’s” room. Beach and pool were perfect for them to expend energy. The many porches with rockers were relaxing lounging for adults. A nicely stocked kitchen made family cooking a treat. The large table was a great gathering place for crafting and togetherness. “Caps on the Water” restaurant was an excellent meal choice. Historical and tourist spots were nearby, but we just enjoyed our “home” and family time!! Thank you for being a part of our family memories!

The house was clean and comfortable for all and very well equipped. There was even a basket of beach towels (plenty for our group of 11) and toys for the pool, the beach, and for just hanging out at the house. There were boogie boards and a beach wagon that made it super easy to bring everything to the beach.

Great house! Pool and hot tub were awesome. The house was clean, had great water pressure in the showers, and the washer and dryer were large capacity! The only suggestion I have is rent a golf cart for carting to the beach. This was a must for us, especially with having kids and grandparents!

I booked this house for a family vacation with my children and grandchildren. The house was spotlessly clean, and had everything you could possible need to have fun. The pool and hot tub were awesome, and it was a short distance to a really beautiful beach. We rented a golf cart, which I highly recommend for convenience in getting everyone and everything to the beach. It was a 10-15 minute drive to the city of St.Augustine, with it's historic sites, restaurants and shops. Our contact, Tamara, was truly awesome. Any issue we had (such as locking ourselves out of the house!), she immediately responded to and helped us to resolve. Truly a wonderful place to have a family vacation.

Great set up for families - very well appointed in terms of beach supplies, pool supplies, kitchen equipment etc. Very comfortable - 4 blocks to the beach with a heated pool.

We had the best time at this wonderful home! It’s within walking distance to the beach and so close to St. George Street with restaurants and shopping. The house had everything we could need and was really clean.

This house was perfect for our family of 9! Comfortable, clean, and in the perfect location. Beach was just over 5 minutes. Hot tub was a lovely bonus for us. The house was very nicely decorated and has everything you need, from toiletries to cookware. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time in the pool and spa..house was fully stocked, the beds were great and check in was easy..lots of space for a group with teenagers.. and we were a short drive from the historic district..can't wait to return.

Had an absolutely perfect trip at this lovely house. We all agreed it was THE BEST HOUSE we have ever rented for a family vacation, and how it was decorated made for a lot of cute photos. Lots of very thoughtful touches, especially for people traveling with children like a pack n play, a highchair, beach and pool toys. We cooked a lot, and the kitchen definitely had everything you would need to make a wonderful dinner. Usually, I feel like the cooking stuff in these rentals are pretty bare bones, but not this house! Loved communicating with Tamara throughout the week. She was beyond helpful for little things here and there, and she made our stay very special as well. Would highly recommend this place, especially for big family trips! Our stay here was amazing. Home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything that suits all vacation styles. Close to the beach to the east and the inter coastal to the west. A couple of really nice restaurants, both on the water, a mile or so away. Grocery store, pizza restaurant/bar less than two miles away. This home was very clean and well stocked with everything you’ll need. Pool/spa/patio is spacious and incredibly relaxing. Historical St Augustine is a short two mile drive or ride share company away.
The home host Tamara was amazing. She was very attentive, responsive and made the whole process a breeze. I highly recommend staying here and if we ever revisit Vilano/St Augustine we’ll definitely stay here again. Give it a go…you won’t be disappointed!
