Room size is good
River view room could be noisy as straight on the bar / Restaurant
Anti- Mosquito measures could have been there!
Breakfast is limited and same stuff everyday , however, fresh juice is lovely

The swimming pool and the young guy behind the reception was kind!
At arrive the employee gave us no information at all. The room had a bad smell. We asked for her to check the room but she was too busy. We did get a new room. The staff almost didn’t speak English and was not friendly. There was loud music until late. They are really nice to the influencers and not to the regular guests. The influencers were aloud to order food for there children at the swimming pool and the regular guests were told that it was not possible to order food. Next to that, the menu at the restaurant is really expensive. There a lot of mosquitoes. The breakfast was oké!

The hotel location is amazing. I would say the most beautiful area close to Cannes.
For those who love quiet and nature, morning runs straight from the bed, this is for sure a place to be.
For me, cleanness is the key. I was so disappointed when I entered the room.
I was looking forward to even staying longer at the property, as this area is so beautiful, and many things to explore.
From the entrance, it was visible that the room wasn't clean. Dust and shirt were all over the place.
The bathroom was "clean" but with dirty footprints on the floor. In the bedroom, above the head, there were a few centimeters of dust, so during your sleep you breathe very heavily.
The balcony was so cute, but not possible to use, as the chairs were very dirty, and all area wasn't prepared for guests.
Too bad, that I couldn't use what I have paid for and I was so excited to stay at Casarose. The staff didn't care at all when I approached them about the room's cleanliness. They offered to change the room, and the other one was even worse. I had a feeling that they are used to complaints.
All in all, if they improve their customer satisfaction in the way of offering what is shown in the pictures it would be alright. Till then these prices are too high. The value for this paid money is very low. And they have 4 stars.

Everything - the attention to detailing was amazing, the location for us perfect as we were attending a marriage which was formalized at the Marie in La Napoule followed by a wonderful meal + party at a restaurant on the beach.

The only improvement would be to change the carpets in the room we stayed in ( a suite actually) and the upstairs communal areas.
Nothing with a minor dislike about the carpets which need renewing , but that didn’t affect our wonderful experience,
the staff also were so helpful with such details as booking taxis for us as our whole attention was very local to La Napoule - so even for the Airport to the Hotel and.back l again a rental car was not necessary - a big but — we should have booked the Taxi through booking Com which would have saved in fact 25% on the fare!

Breakfast was great! The pool was super! Music by the pool was great too. Loved our little private deck chairs and table outside of the room! Staff were lovely and room was clean! Tennis courts were an added, fun bonus!!
Shower / bathroom could have been a bit nicer. You could tell the shower was a moulding a little. The shampoo / conditioner / body wash wasn’t the best and there was a musty smell in the room.

The staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast selection was excellent. Location of the hotel and facilities were great. The rooms and the lobby were decorated with style and really gave the place a nice summery/happy vibe.
Cleaning could be improved, both in the room and common areas. Our room was close to the bar and we could hear the music playing until late at night. Though the staff was very nice when we complained about it, and turnt it off as it was past 1am. Just a suggestion, it could be nice to have an extra person as a concierge to help with bags/recommendations as the front desk would get a little crowded at times.

location, decent food and facilities and nice interiors and clean rooms
a few staff issues. seemed quite understaffed and much slower service than other times we visited and also some staff were unfriendly towards kids (although a kids club in hotel) and so felt a bit awkward at times when the kids were in common areas. not as relaxing as expected. also gym not available and tennis court in need of repair.

Rooms were large and well furnished. great breakfast with wide variety of products. food was great in restaurant/fresh and excellent quality. limited food choice due to yearly closure of the hotel. style of the place (room with different paintings and themes).
