Absolutely wonderful property. Clean as a whistle, easily accessed, convenient location. The only slight drawback is that the unit sits over a breakfast restaurant and you can hear the early morning start up sounds. I would recommend bringing a white noise machine to cancel that out. Otherwise everything was great - highly recommend.

Perfect location in Bluffton! Very clean.
However, there was no soap provided and the decor was lacking. Overall excellent for the price.

We had a blast each evening bar hoping and trying a different restaurant each night, we loved our private patio, watching and listening to all the going's on in town, the golf cart lifestyle … next time we will rent our own golf cart! Wonderful !!

I just stayed for the 2nd time and it is the PERFECT location in Bluffton. We walked to so many shops and the best restaurants....walking distance to nice parks and water views and to catch our water taxi to Daufuskie. Communication with the host is wonderful and she is very accommodating. We are already planning 2 more trips coming up soon and will stay at this location time and time again. So much to do right there....perfect location for a perfect town. I love Bluffton!

This was absolutely the best spot to spend the weekend with my daughter and her USC Beaufort boyfriend. We walked to all the restaurants and had the best time. Perfect location!

We enjoyed our stay in Bluffton. The property was nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The location and close proximity to shops was convenient. The owner was responsive to questions/concerns.

My son and I had a great stay in Bluffton and an easy time getting to and from our place. This apartment is central to lots to do and see, including a short walk to Oscar Frazier park that has a playground. Easy to check in with some key codes and a fun large balcony to hang out on.

The apartment was clean with a nice balcony and centrally located in Old Town Bluffton, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Also loved breakfast at the Sippin Cow right below the 2nd floor apartment - great local breakfast spot.

Our stay In Bluffton was just what we had hoped for. We were half way through a 3 week road trip and wanted a few days back in Bluffton to relax. The location was great, the condo was exactly as shown in the images, and the stay was uneventful, which in this case, was just what we wanted. The only drawback was that the main bedroom is located above the mechanical room of the business below. When that equipment turned on in the morning, it was very noticeable. We got over it. Love Bluffton!.

If you are looking for right in the middle of Old Town Bluffton, then this is it. Walking distance to so many restaurants, bars and the riverfront. Very clean, spacious with lots of amenities. It is a very long staircase up though, just know that. We recommend it.

Great apartment in downtown Bluffton.
Had everything we needed. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Recommend Nectar for food. Pleasant walk to river. Dubois park nearby. Will definately return.

Down to Bluffton for 5 days of golf. The location is perfect as it is close to area restaurants and bars and only 40 minutes from SAV. Lots of great food and drink options in the area so you don't have to drive. I would say that the amenities were a bit sparse (no salt/pepper, no soap) but overall it had what we needed to make simple meals and enjoy a few cocktails. The patio was great to and ultimately was the perfect spot for us to park after 36 holes and crash after a night on the town.

Enjoyed our time in downtown Bluffton. Apt was clean and location is fantastic (above Sippin Cow- though they were closed on vacation for our stay so don't know if any noise would have any impact on apt). Parking was no problem- always easy to find close by. King bed was a little hard for our liking, but queen bed was very comfortable.

We were looking for an affordable spot while taking care of a family member, and this apartment was in a great location for us to treat ourselves after long days. You can hear the cafe during the day, but it closes at 2, so if you’re out and about enjoying Bluffton, it shouldn’t bother you.
