This one room, updated, very comfortable place is a very good bargain at Infinity Bay! The bed is very comfortable and well appointed with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The patio is very nice as well.

Check in took a little while longer than past times but very friendly staff. Got to my room around 5:30 and room hadn’t been cleaned from past guest. Called front desk and went to the lobby to wait for it to be cleaned. Just over an hour later my room was ready. Later in my stay I left my key in my room, went to front desk and was made a new key, didn’t work so came back and got a third key. Housekeeping was not consistent through my stay. No biggie, sometimes I had no washcloths, sometimes no coffee refill. No big issues just wanted to share to help in the future. I would book through this listing again for sure.

Resort was very nice under construction so could only use one pool. Condo we stayed in had a bad floor jobe was heaved up. In spots almost 2 inches. Should have gotten some kind of refund. For out stay otherwise it was beautiful to be at that end of island almost paradise.

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your welcoming unit. Property is in building 1 just steps from the beach, pool and bar/restaurant.
We snorkeled right off the beach where there are wonderful coral formations and a plethora of colorful fish.
A week is not long enough. We look forward to a return visit soon!

My wife and I stayed for two weeks in August. We dove twice a day with the dive operation at the resort. The Infinity Bay Divers provided outstanding customer service and everyone from office staff to captains and dive masters were as good as any group we have ever had the opportunity to work with. Also the entire staff at the resort provided outstanding customer service every day. Great experience!! The dive boat departs from the pier every day directly in front of resort.

This being our 6th trip to Roatan, specifically Infinity Bay on West Bay Beach, we return home with wonderful memories. The property, the reef, the staff (especially the servers and bartenders at La Palapa Bar and the grounds staff) and the locals all make for an amazing tropical experience.

I booked a queen bed and got a double. There was construction goin on so it was very noisy.
The little view of the beach we did have was completely blocked by trees. The people were nice, and the service was amazing. That was the only thing that made this play stand out.

This was a last minute before Christmas booking. Bruce was very accommodating and flexible. The room was great location and clean. Would definitely stay in this room again. We have been coming to Infinity Bay for 13 years and will continue to go.
