The stay overall was nice, the room was amazing.
Just the bed have noisy strings with any move was making sounds and we couldn’t close the window and a bit noisy at night.
That maybe we just didn’t figure how to close it.

Absolutely fabulous. We had a wonderful time even though our stay was cut short by work. Definitely going to book another romantic get away soon

This is not a B&B. No breakfast provided despite being the second story of a restaurant. Food at restaurant was excellent (had an appetizer and wine when we arrived). The room was lovely and large (we paid for a superior room) but there was no hand soap and no shower curtain (we had to point that out and one was put in while we were at dinner). Too expensive for not serving breakfast. If they served breakfast it would be appropriate for the cost.

This was one of the most wonderful places we have ever stayed. Great staff, room was so comfortable and the food at the restaurant downstairs was beyond belief. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. They succeeded. Thank you so much, especially William and Laura.

The staff at Ophelia's went above and beyond for us. I was in town for a wedding and they helped us check-in and accommodated our last-min change to have our dog stay. The room is spacious and really nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. We will certainly be staying there again.

Was in town for a baseball game. The staff was amazing! very friendly. The room was amazing as well as the food. I will only stay here when i travel to KC from now on.

The room was very well decorated, and clean in every way. Surprisingly there was no noise from the restaurant directly below our room. I would highly suggest this Inn!!

Ophelias Restaurant and Inn in a unique experience. The Inn is quaint, nicely decorated, and we felt safe. The staff was friendly and trusting. We plan to come back to experience the town square and farmer's market.

So overall was a good experience. We didn't get any clear information from the hostess about check out procedures, so when it came to checking out we were a bit confused. The restaurant was closed and no one was found in the building at the time we wanted to check out at 9:30am. So we ended up leaving the keys to the room on the desk. We left feeling like we were missing something.

I thought breakfast was part of the reservation, however, no staff was around on Sunday morning and no breakfast was to be found

The only two poor review items I have is 1) room service was not complete by 5pm (when we arrived back to our room that evening the bed had been stripped but not remade. The service was promptly corrected.) and 2) there was no morning brunch, when their website states that a morning brunch was included in our stay.
Otherwise, the location and staff were friendly and attentive. We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant downstairs.

Ophelia's staff was very responsive for arranging a late check in👍. Loved having access to coffee, tea, and the business center.
It would be great if the burnt out light bulbs would be replaced in the bathroom and make them brighter bc it's difficult to apply makeup with the current lighting combative.

The host (bartender?) told us for Sunday we were on our own. ???? Our stay was Saturday and Sunday night.

The room was much better than I expected, would be nice to have a fan or something to circulate air, got a bit warm at night. Should take more pictures of the room to post online, was only 2 when I booked, and had it not been for the soaker tub we might have passed.

Nice, intimate place. No service when restaurant is closed. Horrible plumbing problem that caused loud noise every time stool flushed.

The room was large and clean. The amenities were lovely: a small fridge, microwave, tea/coffee machine, snacks (for a minimal fee), an assortment of adult beverages (for a minimal fee), and lovely bathrobes. It was super convenient for dinner to just walk downstairs and the dinner was superb. I would rate the dinner a 10/10. In the morning, they had a fantastic brunch buffet for a discounted price. It was overflowing with so many options. The night and morning manager were both very gracious and helpful. I highly recommend the restaurant AND the hotel.

They lost our booking but luckily had a cancellation so were able to accommodate us. We did get upgraded but the room could have used a good vacuuming and bathroom needed cleaning. Bed sheet was put on wrong and bed was loose from headboard. Staff themselves were very nice. Thanks
