So far its great. Nothing broken. Everyone's nice. A little pricey but the rooms are spotless so its worth it

Hidden Gem! We have driven by this hotel a number of times. Don't let that small old Inn roadside. There is a magnificent modern resort behind it. We spent the night and it was a joy. The hostess was wonderful!! The Hotel room was wonderful and comfortable. Lastly the bar was magical in a barn!

The Inn is so cozy. I am staying in December, and the place is decorated so beautifully and elegantly for the holidays. I especially love the tub to soak and relax in. There is a large TV over the fireplace (cleverly hidden behind cabinet doors) that I can watch from the chairs or the bed. I have a hard time getting the gas fireplace to light each time I go to use it, which may be my own issue. I don't love that the timer for the fireplace makes a constant noise while the fire is going. I also wish there was a way to have tea or coffee (or just hot water) in the room, but there are tea/coffee stations around each corner, in the hall, which is sweet. The Grove restaurant is also really sweet and cozy, and the burger I had there was excellent. This is a very nice place to stay if you really want to get away--you don't have to leave the Inn grounds at all. I did get woken up a couple times by people walking in the room above me. I must be a light sleeper. Next time I'll request a second floor room...

We love the rooms, especially when it’s cold enough to use the fireplace. The lobby had hot apple cider, iced coffee, and pastries. 10/10

We were very pleased with the quaintness of the Inn and charm! Very close to our family too! Also appreciated all of the staff and we even got a gift certificate for our son and daughter in law for a date night them! Great architecture and great design in the tiniest detail!!

Excellent in every way. Room tastefully furnished. Attention to detail and very clean. Thoughtful hospitality with hot and cold drinks available on arrival. We would highly recommend.

This is an amazing place

Stayed over for a work trip coming from Connecticut and was very presently surprised. Many small details, very clean and closed to everything. would stay again.

This is a great facility and everyone (especially Kathleen) were fantastic.

Beautiful spot next to a spa, the service was impeccable, breakfast options are delicious but limited, they helped us out both with a forgotten razor kit and dental kit, bed was very comfy

WE CANNOT WAIT TO COME BACK! if a hug were a place to stay, this would be it. Fresh, giant selection of delicious pastries and treats in the morning. Iced coffee throughout the day. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was beautiful and spacious and well priced. The full tub was a bonus. We sat around the fire pit with a glass of wine both evenings we were there. Location is convenient to neighboring towns and a beautiful, quick drive in from boston. When leaving boston later at night to drive to the inn, it takes about 35 minutes- so even the drive is easy. Already planning our next trip back and many more to follow. Absolutely incredible.

The briar barn inn was very welcoming and very clean. The staff was excellent and made us feel welcomed. The room was also beautiful!

My sister and I checked into Briar Barn Inn later in the evening and were greeted with a friendly face and a warm cup of cider, quickly got into our robes and were so happy and relaxed! We have a lovely stay here at the inn and would gladly rebook if we visit the area again! We didn’t get a chance to eat at the restaurant or visit the spa, but I’m certain they were both fantastic too

Loved this Inn. So inviting and comfortable.

Lovely, comfortable boutique hotel, quiet and immaculate. Close to beautiful seaside and pastoral views. Wander up or down Rt 1A to historic homes, farms, villages. We will be back.

This Inn was absolute perfection! The entire place felt so new and fresh and clean and the entire staff was friendly and helpful as can be. There was always fresh coffee, tea and hot apple cider out, as well as large water bottles which was so helpful for us being on the go. The scenery surrounding the property was just perfect as we were there in the fall time with leaves changing around us. Could not have had a better experience if we tried

This was the best place I’ve ever stayed in my many travels. We loved the intentionality in the rooms & the space & homey feel; the cleanliness & attention to detail. The iced coffee & baked goods in the morning & the cider during the daytime - so perfect! Would love to return!

Amazing little place to stay. The beds were so comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I wish we could have stayed here more than one night of the trip. Will definitely keep them in mind if we come back up this way.

Beautiful accommodations! I wish we could stay longer!

It is a beautiful resort. We were only there for one night. The room was spacious and clean. We will have to return as the restaurant next door was closed, but looked amazing.

Everything was amazing. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast pastries were "the best ever" according to my husband. When we were leaving my husband made mention of how much he loved the pastries that they bagged up a couple for us to take with us.

One of our favorite places to stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

We had a lovely one-night stay. Wish we had had the time to take full advantage of all the facilities.
