First the room smelled like perfume. I asked the front desk and they said there is a smell that comes out of air system. After an hour I was so sick with a migraine I said I can’t stay in this room. They came up and said there was a distinct smell. Switched my room, slightly better. Then when I came back to sleep the pillows were so big it killed my head.

was a modern tech driven minimalist room which was fun, was only the width of the king size bed, bed was super comfy and cozy but the bed had walls/window on 3 sides meaning either my husband would have to crawl over me or visa versa if we needed to get up during the night. ended up sleeping sideways in the bed haha but it worked.

Clean hotel that is super convenient to Boston Garden. Did not like the bed setup at all, you need to climb over the person next to you if you need to take use the bathroom at night. Speaking of bathroom, it’s right I. Your living space. I would only recommend for single use or folks needing to save money.

The main issue was the hvac wasn’t working and they tried to fix it but didn’t get it too and it was stuffy and hot all night

Nice hotel but had European style rooms, small with a great view. About a 1 minute walk to the Td Garden. Breakfast was ok. I stay in alot of hotels and for the price i dont believe it was worth it.

Recently did a solo trip to take in a Bruins game, Celtics game and touring Boston. Hotel is in an excellent location if you are going to a game at TD Boston Garden
It is also super close to North Station, great for multiple Boston lines, Amtrak and Regional trains. Very new, cool hotel. Rooo. Is quite small but well appointed. Great views as well.

The only thing we didn't like was comfort of the bed and the pillows. With that said, we would come back. And it was definitely about location.

Great and fun tech in the room. Excellent lounge and eating/bar area. Perfect location for not just TD but easy to walk to so many other local attractions. Coffee was delicious. Only thing to get used to is the small room with the wet shower. You can see and hear almost everything, so make sure you're traveling with someone that you're very comfortable with ;0). Nice design, though.

Thought the staff was great, especially when I accidentally locked myself out of the room at an early morning hour. The hotel itself is a wonder of design and decor. Will definitely use it again if I visit Boston.

Unfortunately I am allergic to fragrances and CitizenM has a fragrance pumping through their air vents. When my husband and I went to our room after having a night out we only managed to stay in the room for 30 minutes before I NEEDED to leave and my husband and I slept in our car.

Hotel in Boston was awesome! Very mod and posh. Extremely clean. Staff was extremely helpful especially Abby. She explained how to use the modern tech to this older person. Very very happy. I would stay there again.

the room and view was lovely! however, after 6 am of our stay the ipad (to control the a/c) malfunctioned and stopped working. we had a late checkout of 2 pm and we notified them of the malfunction at 9:30 am and it did not get fixed before checkout so we were uncomfortably warm :( the breakfast was great considering the prices and the hotel itself is sooo cool on the inside

I love this place ,convenient for any TD Garden show or game , MY only "negative" for people of certain age is very annoying spend time trying to figure it out how everything works in the room using an IPAP

It was a nice experience. The room is small, but it is controlled by the iPad and it is quiet. The pillows are not comfortable. They are too hard and too high. Wish they are filled with down. We liked the bar restaurant. They are artistically decorated and we like the books there. The food is very good.

Super convenient place to stay if you are going to an event at TD Garden. Literally next door to the Garden and North Station. Close a ton of bars and restaurants. Loved the hotel room too.

I really liked the option to pre-choose room cleaning days. The view, location, aesthetics, and room amenities were far better than I anticipated. The space was exactly what was needed for my business trip. My only issue was the fridge didn't seem very cold, but it wasn't not working so it was still fine.
