First time staying here. Kind of a hike to get to the location, as it's not on any main street. There's a couple of convenience stores and several restaurants within a few minutes walk from the location.
Pros:
- a good amount of space in the unit, including a kitchen table, futon/sofa and coffee table
- nice balcony which was enjoyable to use
- excellent water pressure in the shower
- clothes washer/"dryer" in the unit
Cons:
- no staff available on-site--everything is done via email/phone/video, which I found very lacking
- no ability to check in early (4pm seems a tad late, especially when check-out time is 10am--that's SIX hours to get the place cleaned and ready, which is much more than most hotels typically factor in when it comes to housekeeping)
- interior hallway of building screams "apartment" and not "hotel", as there is absolutely no style or decoration in the public spaces. It looked more like the inside of a low-security prison and less like a hotel/condominium. Not warm or inviting.
- room itself was a little dirty/dusty, with a little food left in the kitchen sink
- the coffee table and kitchen table had signs of water damage/wear and tear
- the artwork/furnishings were looking tired and faded, especially the fake greenery.
- few kitchen utensils (cutlery, one kitchen knife, one kitchen scissors) and only one shallow pan to "cook".
- no paper towels or kitchen towels to clean/dry dishes or glassware
- dryer barely dried our clothing--not convenient

The location is very good, easy to access to the train station, about 12-15 mins walk. Convenient stores are just at the corner. The room is super clean and has everything you needed. We used the washer( in the room) and dry in the bathroom with the fan on, it's dry the next day already! Check in "has to" be after 4pm sharp and the process is smooth and easy! Love this place!

The apartment is very good. I and my wife are satisfied. Almost what everything we need, we can have like my own house. The environment is safe and convenient. No matter what, like transportation, shopping, dining, we can find it within 30-min walking distance. Overall it is a very good lodging.

The property was fantastic, spacious and clean. We felt very safe and comfortable. A few things to note, the dryer in the room was a header fan in the bathroom for those who are used to dryer meaning tumble dryer. And the rooms are not serviced, so keep this in mind for towel use etc.

This is a great place if you want something more like an aparthotel/studio. The place was clean, easy to get too etc. The neighbourhood was very very cool.. it's a bit like Shoreditch (London) but cooler with some nice bars and cafes and lots of indie shops. Short walk from Osaka and Umeda station. The check in and out times are slightly later/earlier than a typical hotel but that's just something to be aware of. Also the single lift gets very busy at check out time so another thing to be aware of. But otherwise very pleased with the stay

Quite far from any train station. Also, the drains in the bathtub shower smelled very bad, so I had to buy drain deodorizer to pour into both of them. Also, towel exchange service only available before 10AM is very inconvenient, especially if you’re busy getting ready or sleeping in and you’re staying for more than one night. We just ended up reusing our towels. Having the elevator camera displayed on the first floor is a potential safety issue for women. What’s the point of a washer when you can’t dry it in an hour? The drying option in the shower was no good. Even after 3 hours, my clothes were still wet. I don’t want to have to dry my clothes on the balcony, even more so because the balcony floor didn’t seem clean. No clothing iron/board. There is no reception desk, so you cannot deliver your luggage here. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. Honestly, quite surprised that this place has a good rating.

This condo suite was fantastic for a mid-length stay! We had everything we needed in a great, central location near multiple train lines. Check-in was fully remote, and very easy. Access to front door and room both had personal codes, for both security and ease. Having a washing machine in the room made the trip much easier -- it ran very quickly and was free, unlike many other laundry services! We benefitted from the full kitchen, convenience store right downstairs, and refrigerator/freezer combo. Tons of shelf storage in the entryway made daily life a breeze. The only thing I wished for was a full-length mirror, would be a great and simple amenity addition. I will return to this property next time I visit Osaka for sure!

When we arrived to the check in we didn't have the confirmation number and in order to recieve it we had to call the service, but there was no good network in the lobby which enforced me to step outside. We didn't recieve any email with the check-in details (and seems that others as well).
The extra sofa that used by my son for sleeping wasn't arrnaged though reservation was for 2 adults and 3 children.
When we left the place we relazied after few hours that my son forgot a book in the apartment. We contacted the place but they insisted there was no book found. Overall - very disappointing and luckly we spent there only 2 nights.

Enjoyed our stay. Enough room and appliances to be comfortable. Walkable distance to Umeda station and the many shopping centres. 3 convenient stores downstairs and plenty of dining options nearby.

Clean, spacious, easy check in, free amenities, good washing machine, great location. Great price. Only negative were the pillows, so thin and hard as bricks so bring your own if possible. Would highly recommend!

Sayed here five nights in August. selected due to its size as we were three adults with a fourth on one of the days.
Compact, but with several conveniences such as a washing machine (drying racks are provided on the balcony - in spite of the high humidity most items dried overnight)
While convenient to Osaka Station and detailed directions to the condo are provided, there are lots of turns and crossings which can be a bit overwhelming (if tired and late). We never saw the ‘pink’ reference point and walked somewhat past the condo. I’ve attached a photo of what to look for after you turn right at the red framed rail overpass.

I like it clean and the size is not too small. It has a kitchen but what a pity that it doesn’t have a table in the room.
But it is not easy to locate a staff for asking question since all are “virtual”, that is, only Email communication

There’s a subway station near by, it’s really easy to access. Check in process was easy and fast, the room was and clean and spacious for 5 people. Definitely staying again another time.

We considered ourselves lucky to have found this place!! The location is excellent, walking distance to Osaka-Umeda station that has just about everything. You can easily spend a whole day inside the train station and adjacent buildings and stores nearby. The apartment is very good size with two full size beds and pull out sofa bed. There is a dining area which is very convenient. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfy. Having the washer in the unite is very handy. The bathroom has a drying function that dries our clothes in about 7 hours. There is a little balcony where I used for workout space in the morning!! Instructions for check-in was smooth. There is also a separate storage unit in the back of the building for luggage storage. They provide chains/lock for the luggage for before and after check-in. If you plan to store luggage there, bring locks for your suitcases. There is a very nice convenient store on the ground floor of the building. We like their food selections better and staff nicer than the 7-11 nearby. Really really enjoyed our stay here.

First impression of property not good. No front desk, no service. Room not ready on time. Room smelled if body odor, bed frames had film if dust, pillows are all smelly and oily, bed covers not clean. Pillows so gross, they were not usable. We ended up dusting the place, washing the bed sheets, and buying new pillow cases and sleeping on cushions instead of the gross pillows. Since no front desk or staff, we were on our own. After we had the place cleaned up, it was alright. Bathroom and kitchen appeared clean enough.

Very clean apartment suitable for my family of 5 with 2 big beds and a sofa bed and a kitchenette and washing machine and a balcony to hang the laundry.
The water pressure for the shower is sufficent though moderate and you can use the bathtub. The pillows are rather flat though. Communication with hotel staff is adequate though it's done remotely via a video call at the lobby. Probably more suited for travellers who are more comfortable with technology.
Location is walkable from Osaka Station though it may be a challenge for families with young kids and numerous luggages.

We (family of 4 with 2 adult kids) stayed here for 3 nights and it was great. It’s about a 12 minute walk from the metro station, right by multiple small grocers and near tons of shopping and restaurants. The place is clean and very safe…the security you have to go thru to enter and exit the building and room is impressive. The moving walls to get a little privilege at sleep time was brilliant and the washer (plus soap) was perfect for doing small loads (I hung the laundry out on the balcony to dry…like all the locals). He little kitchen was perfect for making small things like oatmeal or tea or reheating foods. They do NOT give you any food items…no tea, coffee, sugar, salt, etc…just dishes and utensils. I would totally stay here again.

Nice apartment in a quiet and convenient location. Quite spacious for a group of three people. Only the washer is under expectation, very old style with no dryer function, so you’d better not use it if you don’t want to hang your wet clothes everywhere in a small apartment, or maybe you can hang them in the balcony for sun dry.

We enjoyed the stay so much that we would definitely come back again if we ever visit Osaka in the future. The apartment was clean, and spacious, and the best is the washer made our cleaning much easier. The location is only 13 min walk to the Osaka train station and lots of shopping malls, restaurants nearby, close to the Hep Five. Overall we were very pleased.

住宿位置滿方便，離中崎町站很近，離梅田要走一小段，不過配合本次行程，幾乎從中崎町出發就可以，而且樓下就是超市（雖然這次來黃金周都休假😭），旁邊也有兩間超商，非常方便。離不遠也有一間超市。
房間很乾淨，有洗衣機雖然沒有烘衣機，但是廁所有乾燥機所以每天洗一次，早上就可以乾也很方便。
廚房有takara廚具，我喜歡有小烤箱，有微波爐，每天的早餐都可以簡單料理。
空間對於兩大兩小很夠用，兩個行李箱可以攤開在客廳還有空間走動，如果是四個大人，有四個箱子的話，臥室的衣櫥地板應該也可以攤開。
陽台好像也可以曬衣服，不過我們沒有用到就是。
廁所有浴缸，地板也不會滑，覺得很棒。暖風機也很棒。
唯一的建議是房間冷氣的位置在客廳，房間裡面會稍微悶一點點，希望可以提供電風扇之類供空氣流通。
客服人員也相當棒，快速又友善。
