I like the breakfast buffet, there’s variation. The staff are very nice and greets you every time, very accommodating as well. The room is also nice, I have everything I needed

Rooms aren’t soundproof. You can pretty much hear noises from the outside. My room is facing pool view so can hear people shouting from the pool. There was maintenance (drilling and hammering sounds) in the morning so if you’re planning to sleep and stay in, definitely a nuisance. I commend the staff tho for addressing it quickly when I raised it but then after maybe 2 hrs, noise came back haha so I just went out bc I couldn’t sleep in peace. There should be an FYI prior to booking for any maintenance/construction works due to noises.

Everything was wonderful.. Breakfast - a full buffet with lots of choices. Great view sitting outside along the pool. Staff were expectional - friendly and willing to help.

the pool at the bar was very pretty, their cheeseburger was amazing, the view of my room by the pool was the best during sunsets!

The location was not that far from the beach, but it would’ve been better if the hotel has their own alley, where only Henann guests would walk at to go to the beach. The small street was kinda scary at night if you are only girls!

Food was ordinary, waiter clearing table when getting a new course/serving.

The room by the pool .The VIP breakfast was delicious .The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful .I had a wonderful experience and definitely come back with my family.

Smelly and noisy just outside the room, there are people drilling at night. Lots of mosquitoes near the pool area

It was just ok, but didn't live up to the high standard we expected of Hennan.

In Boracay there is a lack of space generally but we definitely felt claustrophobic in the hotel with tables and chairs so close together, having to wait for people to pass, general crush for breakfast, etc. The breakfast was disappointing for a European palate with very little choice - they didn't even have bacon. The service was very poor. We tried to get a drink in the afternoon but gave up after being ignored several times. There's a bar in the middle of the pool but it was constantly unmanned. The room had been redecorated but daubing yellow paint over old woodwork just looks cheap.

The room was nice and spacious. Bed was comfortable.

Noise management is really horrible. I complained maybe 3 or 4 times about noise from the above floor that seemed like furniture movement in all hours of the day and night! It could've been. A ghost or room construction! I lost sleep from it!

My pool access room was, very good, as was the VIP lounge for breakfast if you are lucky enough to be offered it other wise see below re cafe, but cafe food was to a good standard.

I was not allocated the rooms booked and we had to complain to get them changed. Long ques to get breakfast in the Café, Need to allocated more rooms for breakfast,

Dirty aircon and smelly toileys and neglected fire extinguisher (no inspection date, totally rusted handle and hose valve completely rusty) Tv signal very bad.

Nice room with the pool at our patio. Within walking distance of the beach, many restaurants and D’Mall. Staff were very friendly and attentive for the most part. The breakfasts in the lounge were great, but could have had a better selection of fruits. Jasimie and the others were very attentive. Sorry I didn’t get your names.

Most of the food at the restaurant tasted great, however the portions of french fries were minuscule , and the fish inside the batter of the fish and chips fish was smaller than the handle of the knife! Food and drinks quite pricey which I suspect is why the restaurant was empty most of the time!! Breaky in the lounge was excellent, but could have had better selection of fruits

weak internet so disturbing to tourists it is important to look at this major issue and do something about it

Breakfast had a good selection of dishes. All were delicious.

The rooms were old and the pictures from booking.com were deceiving. The rooms/facilities looked enthicing in the booking.com site but did not match our expectation for the price.
