This is a perfect appartment in the real city center of downtown Ascona.

Central, small balcony, separate kitchen, two bedrooms and large living room; restaurants and lake close by
To street is very noisy and busy until late at night (I.e. 3am). Even when windows are closed you hear a lot of noise and one of the sleeping rooms (main one) faces that street. It’s part of the price to stay that central… balcony too small for 4 persons…

This little flat had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was clean and the beds were firm. I would recommend this property to those seeking a simple, yet delightful stay in Ascona.
Nothing. All was great. Just a note to future guests. Use your eyes and a map to find the place. Google maps did not point to it accurately.

The apartment is centrally located and easily accessible to all shops and bus stops.
The lake and access for cruise is closely located to the apartment.
The apartment was clean and decently equipped.

The nearby underground public parking is on bit expensive side, no dedicated parking to the apartment.
