I loved the location and the building felt very safe. We arrived at noon and they were able to check us in right away. The front desk guest service lady was very nice. I felt very accommodated during my stay. Our room was equipped with hot plates and dishes/cookware that we needed for heating food and water. They are pet friendly with a $50 non refundable pet fee. We were provided with fresh towels daily. Soap, lotion, and shampoo were available as well. The employees do a beautiful job with the garden and building. FAST WIFI for doing my work zoom calls, highly recommend. Around the corner from the best panaderia, bone marrow birria tacos, and our veterinarian.
I wish their pillows were just a bit fluffier but that's just nitpicking. I think if we asked they might have provided us with an extra.

excellent location, quiet and clean room.
No microwave. Bathroom mirror is super stained its hard to see yourself. There is a school on the same street. I arrived around 2pm and took me 45 minutes to be able to get there due to the parents picking up students. Once I got there, I was given my set of keys and a remote for the garage that was very hard to use, I believe the battery was really low and asked if it could be exchanged but they didn't have more. The garage is on the front side of the building facing the street. I checked out at 5:00am and no-one was at the reception, I called and nobody picked up the phone. I went to my car to find out at 5:00am that the garage was completely open. They offered me to reimburse the $5 for the parking but it's not the point. I chose this place mainly because of location and parking, They have no security at night either for the building or the parking. All 5 cars were completely exposed.
