All things from their staff attitude, Lenin in the room, cleanliness, morning packed breakfast that they served after 1 1/2 hour of delay as the morning duty staff were yet to come and the time was 9am already.

Entrance is not easy to see

The room was comfortable; wifi was fast enough; staff were friendly

The entrance look of the hotel by the elevator was pathetic; Smelled like onions all the time as there was a restaurant the kitchen of which was facing the elevator.

Everyone was friendly, rooms were spacious and clean. Loved my stay

Next to Ganga hospital B block, since I had to attend conferences there, the location and cleanliness wise excellent

Hot water facility - Water barely reached room temperature in the mornings Unavailability of the iron box for the guests, laundry services are available but since they fold them and give them, the purpose of ironing is lost. If they could make geysers and iron boxes available it would be excellent

I never had a experience like this before in your hotel. It was the worst breakfast.. We were never able to eat as per our wish.

They treated me as the third grade person. They thought as if i am having breakfast without paying.
