Cleanliness, well appointed, quiet.
Front door locking system. Had to stand in the rain making calls and text messages to get help opening front door. Finally was sent code to use key in key box, uugghhh.
Upper stairs beds were too hard.
Not enough hot water for showers for four people.

The location was perfect for our visit. I enjoyed the backyard and sitting by the fire pit.
It didn't have a Kuerig type coffee machine, also the microwave was small. The bathrooms were a bit dated also.

Beautiful House. lovely layout. great for a weekend getaway.
Great amenities like barbecue, pool table, indoor games. Very much instagrammable place.
The occupancy is for 10 people but the hot water arrangement in the house is only for bath of 3 people post which the water in taps everywhere will be ice cold freezing. This was a major discomfort. As you need to strategic plan who will go for bath and and what time. And you don’t want to do that on vacation.
