Tudo uma mentira, absurdo esse hotel se auto apresentar como 5 estrelas, uma piada porque é um 3 estrelas, tudo velho, acabamentos de péssima qualidade, sequerr tem restaurante, pessoal amador.

El hotel es precioso y está muy bien ubicado. Teníamos reservada una habitación deluxe pero nos subieron de categoría y nos dieron una júnior suite que era perfecta. La cama es enorme y cómoda, bien insonorizado y decorado con buen gusto. Muy buenas vistas. Se accede directamente del parking al hotel lo cual es muy cómodo.

Very poor Matress quality, the springs hurt! We had to turn it upside down and still impossible to sleep on it! The room temperature of room 312 was freezing and we had two additional heaters and two blankets send to the room. The noise from next door bathroom when flashing woke is up at 6am…

The interior of the room was so beautiful. Surprisingly easy to arrive and get to the parking.

Everything is perfect. Even if we arrived late, the reception was kind enough to help us with our luggage.

The welcome at reception was warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was also exceptional. We loved the large room and bathroom.

If the mere fact of staying in an old monastery with 400 hundred years history (or even more) 3 min away from Plaza Mayor isn't enough for you to get excited about staying here think about: - great customer service and the most friendly staff ever - tasty breakfast with multiple options from your favourite sweet croissants, cornflakes, fresh fruit, cakes, etc. to eggs and excellent Spanish ham and cheese - stunning view - clean - beautifully renovated building with new room interior - bath + shower - very comfortable bed - general look and feel of a place with history that you can never get in modern hotels

incredible hotel with stunning views in central location. very helpful and friendly staff, clean and spacious bathroom.

We were upgraded to a junior suite, which was huge and had a very long balcony overlooking the surrounding countryside. The bathroom was great. It was a 3 minute walk to the main square and the cathedral. A 6 minute walk to the Aqueduct one way and the Alcazar in the opposite direction. Breakfast was good, but did not offer bacon or sausages with their egg menu. Just cold meats and cheeses, which are typical on a Spanish buffet.

Breakfast could have been improved, but was good overall.

finding it using vehicle sat nav was a nightmare resulting in our need to hire a local taxi to lead us to the hotel at a cost of ~ €15 without prior information we only realised on arrival that they do not turn on the air conditioning until May, when we booked the inclusion of this facility on the description was very important to us

The atmosphere.

the room was incredible. Great space and taste for furniture and disposition. We stayed in a room with balcony (highly recommended).

parking: public, little bit away and complex to find the way back to the hotel.

Very pleasant stay. 2014 transformation of monastery into modern hotel with sober but still warm decoration and lots of comfort. Parking available (15€a day). Very central, 100 m from main square of Segovia but in very quiet street. Very good buffet breakfast.

Excellent Style, good location , very clean

The building is a beautifully restored ancient convent with many modern touches. It is located within walking distance of the a Alcazar, the cathedral and many other places of interest and restaurants. They were having a wedding that was going to be potentially very loud - so we asked to be moved. The room they moved us to was larger with a king sized bed and very quiet! We paid 15 euros for parking which worth it and we purchased breakfast, which was a little pricey but very good! we really enjoyed our one night stay!
