The unit was poorly cleaned and had sweat/body odor smell on the couch. Master bathroom shower was filthy as well as bathroom sink area. While looking for batteries to put into remotes, found potato chips in coffee table drawer. The unit supplied paper towels, but no toilet paper.

It was very close to the beach, boardwalk and a comfortable size for two adults.
There was construction going on next door which was loud, but not the owner's fault. We ended up running out of towels and toilet paper.

Missing amenities like grill and beach chairs didn’t know where they were till last day there

It is extremely old and dilapidated. The pool is extremely small and in the parking lot.
