This hotel has an excellent manager. My only complaint was that my bed was way too hard. The manager immediately provided some Financial relief on the parking cost which he did not have to do at all. I was so impressed that I do give this stay a 10 out of 10. The location is awesome to see in and around the monument area of DC

Great location to the National Mall. Hotel is somewhat outdated but clean, and staff is friendly and helpful. Parking very convenient.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the Metro station and D.C.s’ main attractions. Starbucks is adjacent (and connected) to the hotel lobby, and McDonalds is nearby. Would have been nice to have breakfast included in the high room cost.

Property is very dated. Carpet is worn and stained, bathroom needs a serious upgrade. Staff was helpful and very kind.

All customer service was top notch. Everyone I interacted with - from check-in, visit to the market, an evening visit to the bar, morning visit to the breakfast buffet, and finally check-out - were helpful, friendly, and genuinely interested in whether or not I was enjoying my stay. The room was very comfortable. Shower was incredible.

It got 1 star because of the great location. We had no hot water in the room (2 mornings of freezing cold showers when it was 40 outside). Satellite TV was terrible, you couldn't watch a program because it lost signal every 10 seconds.
Front desk staff was rude & dismissive during check out.

Location. Great hotel within walking distance of all the museums. Not a lot of restaurants nearby, but hotel restaurant was very good. Have stayed here before and will again.

In a great location for visiting everything along the National Mall. Overall, we had a nice stay. The only complaint is the hard mattress. This may be a matter of taste; but it seemed more uncomfortable than other hotels where we've stayed.

The king size bed was extremely firm and not comfortable at all. Half the tv channels didn’t work or no sound. Our room didn’t have hangers, we called and they never sent up. The snack store was way to expensive (2 beers - $27)

Very large Holiday Inn that appears to be popular with groups of various sizes. The lobby can get crowded. Basic room of ample size. The air handler in the wall was quite loud. Great location, although not many restaurants around. Great parking garage with in and out privileges and quick access to the interstate highway. Closest hotel to Capitol Hill that is reasonably priced. Will stay again.

It was a nice place to stay. Close to the Wharf which was where our evening took place which was nice.

Amazing stay! Not only was it walking distance from the museums, and the capital but the hotel itself was great. With two restaurants on site, there was no need to be going out at night! The hotel staff here very nice. They have a 24 market that helps with the midnight snacks. Would definitely stay here again.

Regular hotel. Had various inconveniences with the staff regarding other guests making noise and partying in their rooms. Definitely need better security.

The hotel did not have my reservation made through Hotels.com on their computer. Fortunately, I had the confirmation number otherwise I may not have had a room for the night.
