Loved the room, the cleanses, the staff and the breakfast were all amazing!!!!

We stayed on 4th floor first night elevator was broke. I took the stairs there ready if time there which was 2 nights

The property was well-maintained. The room was clean except for the wad of hair on the bathroom floor. The main reason why this hotel did not get five stars from me is the noise level. We were on floor 2. The party above us was up until around 2 a.m., stomping around all over the room. Sounded like just one person, and we never heard voices, just very loud footsteps and stomping. Sometimes it sounded like jumping, but mostly it was loud stomping and pacing--front, back, all sides, the bathroom--very odd. The person was up and at it by 6:30 a.m. The other thing was the bed was hard as a rock. We could not get comfy. I woke up with a sore back. The pillows, I guess, were of feathers, very soft, and they provided no support once you put your head on them. They would just smash down to nothing. This hotel is pet friendly, which is why we chose it, but there isn't a good place to walk your dog. The building has spots of grass and rocky areas, lots of it uneven. There was a supply of doggy bags in case you forgot to bring one, which was nice. There was some type of work being done, because there was heavy equipment on the side lot, which was littered with foam pieces. Positives: All the bath products were sulfate-free. The coffee was good, and the breakfast was a typical free breakfast--fruit, oatmeal, make-your-own waffles, boiled and scrambled eggs (no other proteins). Front desk person at check-in was friendly.

Very nice spacious and clean room, excellent breakfast. Checking in, make sure to NOT get a room near the elevator shaft, it’s extremely noisy and disturbing at night. We knew this from a previous stay and avoided it this time.

Second time staying and will stay again. The front desk clerk was very nice. My only complaint was the people slamming doors very early in am and kid’s running up and down hall yelling but that’s not the hotel’s fault that is lack of manners especially when the parent was with them. The hotel itself is a great location and great place to stay.

Everything was super clean breakfast was awesome if I could say one thing around 7 till check out it sounded like a dance off on the floor above.

When i was checking in they had my reservation under some one else name. But then they were able to still get me the same room with a lower rate. the elevator on the left level 2 did not work. The bathroom in the family suite smelled like sewer. Other wise it was a perfect fit, clean and quiet.

The staff where very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Hotel and rooms modern, spacious and clean.

My only complaint was no paper or notepads and there were no brochures

Nice clean hotel with excellent staff. My only complaints are there is not nearly enough parking between this hotel and the one it shares a parking lot with-I had to park on the street both nights or my stay. Also the walls are PAPER THIN. I could hear every conversation inside with each door I passed and if your room neighbor is in the bathroom, it literally sounds like they are in yours. A little uncomfortable to say the least as a single woman staying there. However I have nothing to say about the cleanliness or staff-both we’re excellent in that matter

I visit family in Bedford at least twice a year. This was my first stay at this Hotel but will not be my last. I really enjoyed every aspect of my stay. Great quality, great price. I'm looking forward to my next stay in the spring.

Everything was ok for the most part only big down fall was finding a roach in the room and we’re only told they would send staff to clean the room and manager would be reached out and that the roach was a bug from outside after showing the staff which was definitely not! No one ever reached out and staff “cleaned” and take a look but only thing made was the bed… so that was very upsetting and annoyed that nothing was done or said after leaving!

They offer family suite!!!

This is our go to hotel when visiting family and friends in the area and is the first time to experience the hotel remodel. Everything is so beautiful and felt so clean. We will return.
