Pool was out order for most my stay and hotel did not notify guests of inconvenience

The view was spectacular. The bed was so comfortable. We have always loved staying here. the customer service is over and above.

For a king room with ocean view, the room is very small. Your patio is not technically ocean view. It’s a view of the bbqs, cornhole and pool before the ocean. And the beds are extremely uncomfortable. Hard as a rock.
People are nice. It’s got great access to walk down to the ocean. And it’s family friendly. I would not stay again due to how the beds are, and you hear all the noise. Kids playing outside your room where pool and cornhole is. Plus hearing traffic on freeway not to mention the bed comfort level.

Took a quick weekend trip with the family. The staff was so friendly and our view was amazing. The access to the beach was perfect! There were fire pits going for the night time and breakfast was simple. Would love to come back again!

All rooms have views of the ocean. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub. Only bad thing is an elephant was in the room above us and when the bar next door closed voices were loud outside our doors for over an hour. Next time we stay there, it will not be on a weekend.

The room was nice except the bathroom had some issues which I cleaned up… didn’t want to wait around for the cleaning staff… the property was beautiful and had really nice accommodations… the breakfast was decent and had some nice local flare. The staff was really nice at the front desk. I would stay here again.

When we got here at 445 we were told the room was not ready and they could do nothing about it. After she spoke with someone it was ready. Children were running around at 8 am in the hallway causing us to wake before our alarm.

Really like the clean room, and staff, Had soaps mixed between the shower and sink, and we could not switch them because they were locked in place. Biggest complaint is really not the hotels fault but the upstairs tenants were running around all night until about 2:00 am in the morning both nights we were there? So inconsiderate.

We booked an ocean view king. The views from our 2nd floor patio were amazing. We enjoyed the room with its bar and two chairs and views of the ocean. We were able to eat and play games.
I highly recommend the restaurant Blast and Brew. Very convenient to order on your phone and they deliver to your room. Food was delivered in about 15 minutes.
The grounds of this hotel are beautiful. They have so many places you can sit around a fire pit and enjoy the ocean views. They also have stairs down to the beach.
The only downside for me was the lack of water pressure in the bathroom. I found it hard to even wash my face. Although this is not the hotels fault since they were following Pismo guidelines for saving water.
We will definitely come here again.

SeaCrest was the highlight of our trip! We had to cancel our original stay due to weather delays, they gladly refunded us and rebooked us to a beautiful room the next night. We loved it so much we booked an additional night. The room was beautiful, the view, pool and hot tubs were perfect. The staff was beyond amazing! 5 stars!!

This is a beautiful property with a stunning ocean view. When driving up, it had the feel of an older resort but the grounds and rooms were modern and well kept. The staff was also very cordial and welcoming. The included breakfast sitting outside looking out at the ocean.
We were so very happy with the Seacrest that we will definitely be back and have already recommended it to family.

Checking in was quick and easy. The room was standard an basic . There was a carriage next to the elevator which made it easy to load all our stuff to the room . The breakfast was good. They kept our luggage till the afternoon after checking out, always with a smile and so welcoming

We stayed for 2 nights, celebrating my birthday. Upon check in, I informed the desk about it and they gave me a bottle of wine. Good start for my celebration!! The place is so nice, quiet and clean. I love the continental breakfast and the view while having breakfast. I will come back for sure.

I enjoyed my stay with a comfortable room and view of the ocean. I had a 4th floor king which made the balcony feel private. Nice fire pits around the property. Nice areas to walk in addition to the beach. I will stay again.

We had stopped over here for a night on the way from San Francisco to Los Angeles. The hotel is at a very nice and convenient place. The access to beach is very good. Pismo beach is very beautiful and we wished we stayed additional days here. Will surely wish to return to this place to stay for more days and explore things nearby in future.

My wife and I were there to celebrating my 67th Birthday. The Seacrest Hotel was a lovely place and we look forward to returning. The people were super nice accommodating.

The grounds surrounding the property are beautiful & well maintained. There are many areas to relax & look at the beautiful views. Love the walkway down to the beach. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the pier which is so convenient. Staff was excellent & room was very comfortable & clean. I would highly recommend to everyone!!

Very clean and updated. Nice amenities and very helpful and friendly staff. Only downfall was there is not much hot water. No water pressure and the beds were very uncomfortable.

We had a great overnight stay at the SeaCrest. Wonderful ambience with several fire pits to keep you warm on the beautiful grounds. At sunset, the place to be is around a fire pit and we had to wait patiently for a fire pit to free up, but the kids occupied themselves with games of cornhole. The pool looked inviting. Nice to have an adult only pool and family pool with separate spas. Beds were comfy and our room had a gorgeous view of the ocean. Breakfast had a big variety of hot and cold breakfast options.

The woman staff at the front desk is very very mean and unfriendly. Also we had a very long wait when we checked in and we sadly missed the sunset. The service is not that good.
