After booking was done, receptionist willing to respond my late confirmation arrival via whatsapp message. Staff is very helpful and kindness. Quick respond to any inquiry especially in urgent matter. Good Job & Thumbs up !!!
Too bad that the property location is surrounding with dusty road. Can't really enjoy outside cooling environment. Need to stay in room most of the time. Luckily wifi speed safe me from boring mood.

Breakfast didn't have too much options just aaloo parantha or poor bhaji..nothing else..if a person wants to stay there for a long time then he would surely fed up with the same breakfast. Location was ok.

This hotel's cleanliness is very good. Location is 1.5 km from the main highway Gurgaon Sector 53.
Only the Khatu Shyamji Road when you take left from Ibis hotel is very bad.

Everything was nice. Food is good, hospitality was nice overall all experience at The Luxem is good. The service is on time. The staff is very nice supportive and well behaved. We will definitely recommend this place to visit here.
