Good sized suite with an amazing view of the ocean! The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was supplied with enough items to make some meals there. We loved the location and close proximity to a grocery store, St Augustine, and of course the beach. We will be back!

The view from this unit is worth the small hiccups we experienced, and overall, it's a great little condo. Pros: -The view is exactly as shown in the photos - super close to the beach and shaded balcony all day after about 10:00am. We used the motorized storm shade to block the morning sun from our faces as we sat on the balcony for morning coffee. -It is an updated unit and the clean, simple decor is charming.-Previous reviews mention the bed - they have added a mattress pad and we thought it was comfortable (although the pad seems to have a plastic top which made me a little warm at night).The kitchen has everything needed for cooking (except a large pot - several small ones).The overall complex was clean and tidy and all the staff we ran into were great. -I worked remotely from the unit and the wifi was super fast and reliable. Cons:-The shower door is stuck and would not close.-The television in the living room would not show any cable channels. -The unit was clean-ish. Housekeeping could be improved.

Location was perfect, close to everything, and the view AMAZING. The condo is very roomy, that bed is absolutely terrible, and the couch is worse. We bought an eggshell to hopefully help the bed, it did not. We couldn't sit on the couch without sitting on the pillows to halfway make it comfortable. Check the dishes before using them. We had to wash everything before we could use it. The refrigerator does not get very cold, we even adjusted the temp and it didnt help. We had some food spoil due to the frig. Definitely bring more wash cloths with you. There are plenty of towels, but we were only given 4 wash cloths for a week stay. The complex was very clean, our only wish was that the pool stay open later, and there had been better access to the beach. There is no way to take a wagon with your beach item down. And there is no way for a handicapped person to access the beach without dealing with a lot of stairs. The owner did not answer any of my emails asking questions before our stay. So don't bother trying to get info from him. We would stay at this complex again, just not this condo unless bed and couch changed.

We left a day early because my back hurt from sitting on the sofa that has zero support and Cushions. The bed felt like I was sleeping on the floor. A mattress pad would rectify the issue and donate the couch. The two rugs on the floor in the master bedroom need to be thrown away because they are so filthy. The cleaning lady was nice enough to leave me a used sponge. It’s unfortunate because the location of this condo to the beach is perfect. We have owned and rented several beach condos through VRBO, and would not be happy with a customer having this experience.

We were very pleased with the condo, it's location and it's amenities. Sadly, the mattress on the bed was extremely uncomfortable, similar to sleeping on a hard box with some overly springy springs. If the mattress were replaced, this would have been a 10/10 stay.

Location was perfect . View was amazing . The access to the beach was so easy and the pool was small but clean. There was plenty of food options in the area . Super quick drive to the Old city and only an hour and a half from Orlando we squeezed a Universal Studios day into our vacation because of the convenience.
My only complaints would be the couch sofa is fully broken my daughter had to sleep on it as a couch because the mattress was broken and the bed in the bedroom was very hard . A new sofa couch and a good soft mattress topper would make this condo perfect. We would definitely stay again if those changes were made .

I have rented at this complex a number of times, and this is one of the nicer units. It's well furnished and appointed, and it has a beautiful beach view. I recommend it!

The sleeper sofa is broken - the bed dips down at the top and can’t be slept on safely. The kitchen doesn’t have anything to bake with, two of the cabinets are just door fronts without cabinets, and another set is locked. Pool was nice, beach access was nice too. Nice location. Deck was covered in mosquitoes by day 3 and unusable. Leading up to our stay, we had trouble getting responses from the property manager and they didn’t run my card 30 days before, instead calling me the day before I arrived because they just tried to run the card and it was expired. Was ok, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

UNIT NEEDS A LITTLE MAINTENANCE. SLIDING SCREEN DOOR OFF TRACK, BUT THE BIGGEST ISSUE WAS NOT BEING ABLE TO WATCH BEDROOM TV WITHOUT HAVING OVERHEAD CEILING LIGHT ON. THE WALL OUTLET WAS WIRED ON SAME CIRCUIT AS CEILING LIGHT. VERY STRANGE.

Property is as depicted in the photos. There were a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella left by previous visitors. The unit is clean and has what you need. It would be nice if there was an additional chair in the living area. The door was a bit of a challenge. The location is very nice- on a beautiful beach and close to St Augustine .

We liked being close to the beach, and the view was great, especially the sunrises. Morning coffee on the balcony was lovely.
One bad thing: the mattress on the bed was not comfortable at all! A good mattress would upgrade this condo!

We loved the ocean view. Nicely decorated space. It’s nice to have a pool available. The grill is charcoal not propane. Recommend the 4th floor. It was bike week in Daytona so a little noisy! Couple negatives. The bed is hard!! Also there is only a couch to sit on and it’s not very comfortable. Overall we had a nice stay.

The condo itself was wonderful - nicely decorated, clean, easily accessible. Communication with the owner however was dismal at best. 1) I was not sent check in instructions before my arrival, so after driving in a torrential rainstorm to the condo, I find i have to pick up my check in package at the RE office down the street in the dark; 2) I was not notified of pest control entering the condo and the door was left open upon my arrival later in the day. When I messaged the PM, he was barely apologetic, saying "you'll see nothing is missing" - not realizing I had personal items left in the room; 2) I was not notified AGAIN by the PM of construction work going on in the property - which resulted in on-site mgmt tagging my car with a 'tow notice" due to painting being done. When I went to the front desk, I informed them that I was receiving NO communication from the owner regarding any work or to move my car. They informed me they were indeed notifying all owners.
This 2 week trip was to recover from my mom's passing - better communication would have prevented the above mentioned stresses. Your customers are the lifeline of your business - remember that.

Amazing oceanfront view from the 4th floor. Very nicely decorated with a beach cottage feel. About 20 minutes to downtown St Augustine. Quiet, dog friendly beach that is accessible from a private boardwalk. The building is older but I was very pleased with our stay. There is a pizza place across the street and some other restaurants not far. Publix is close by along with other shopping.

This was the perfect place to getaway for a few days. The view from the balcony was beautiful and hearing the waves is so calming. It’s a short drive to St. Augustine and restaurants. We actually ate twice at Safe Harbor Seafood which it next door to the condo… so good. The condo itself was clean comfortable, just right for two.
