The pictures on line are nicer than the real property inside. Many unresolved issues it didn’t feel like a vacation at all. The Condo was not clean at all, I found black hair in clean folded towels, inside blanket and on the headboard. Big infestation of cockroaches. The whole water system doesn’t work correctly at night time only hot water comes out from all the facets even opening the cold faucet. It seems that if many condos are using the showers no more cold water comes out which is quite the opposite as you would expect. Specially in the washing machine even selecting to wash with cold water at night time there is only boiling water coming out. I closed the hit water in the back to avoid this problem and chose only cold water no water will come at all in the washing machine. Two new linen blouses wrinkle It was frustration, upsetting not confortable at all when we thought everything was ok a new problem started. It’s a pity because providing for paper towels, cascade etc doesn’t erase this major major problems in the property

The apartment was nice it’s was clean the check in was smooth but I don’t know what it was everything in the apartment kept going wrong from the toilet running the handle broke after being fixed the toilet still ran constant I sent a message bc I know how costly water bills are I’m a property manager myself. The dryer does not work had to dry 3 towels 4 times and stayed up all night last night washing our dirty clothes the water heater needs to be looked at or adjusted bc the water only gets luke warm the microwave kept tripping the breaker it was just one thing after the next

I love the place it was clean and beautiful.

The apartment is very well located and the team is very efficient and communicative, they answer your questions on time.

The hosts were very professional, super responsive and accommodating. The location is walking distance to the beach and to many restaurants. Check in/out was easy. There was also plenty of parking (contrary to what I read in earlier reviews). The unit itself is very modern, clean and spacious for the 4 of us (2 couples). We were able to work remotely quite comfortably in the unit a few days.

We are very satisfied with our stay in the apartment, happy there was a blender so we could make our morning smoothie every day. Good location with different road communication. since I was working and needed to drive time to time too. But when time allowed also close to the beach for a morning walk. The apartment was little responsive though, especially toilet flushing from neighbors in the building. We could easily stay there again.

My guest and I were very pleased with the entire property- It was everything we imagined it to be . We will definitely stay again. The virtual girls were amazing and friendly. I need more supplies and the response time was immediate. Thank you for your awesome service and your prompt response, we will see you soon
