My husband, brother, 89yr old aunt and I travelled to AZ to spend the New Year with family that lives in the immediate area of this home. We had a great time playing cards, dominoes and watching movies in this spacious, open concept, 3 bedroom house. The house was clean, nicely furnished, kitchen stacked and comfy beds. This time of year, can get cold in AZ. The owners, Dave and Lorna were quick to raise the heat when requested. They are gracious hosts. I definitely recommend this property. It's centrally located to restaurants, stores, the zoo, etc. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay in your lovely home.

The Sunny Oasis needs one more adjective…paradise!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over Christmas! It was warm and cozy and the master bed was so comfortable!
The kitchen was stocked better than any other vacation rental we’ve stayed in!
We had family over for holiday meals and games and all of us felt comfortable and at home.
Communication with Dave and Lorna was great and they always responded quickly with and questions we had!
I completely recommend the Sunny Oasis “Paradise” home!

We were so comfortable here in this beautiful home! It was clean, well appointed in a great location and cozy…..a perfect place for our long weekend getaway, Communication was outstanding! We would definitely stay here again….hopefully longer next time!!

The property was awesome and HIGHLY recommended for anyone traveling to the area for tennis at the Surprise Tennis Complex. I know there is a lot of baseball tournaments and pickleball events in that area as well. Several members of our tennis team stayed at the house. Perfect for meal prep and winding down after a long day on the hot courts! There isn't a thing we could have asked for that wasn't provided. Very clean and high quality towels and bedding. Secure and private.

The house was absolutely perfect for our Labor Day weekend trip. Very clean. The kitchen was good sized and allowed us to make all our meals. Several grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The backyard was gorgeous. We spent a whole afternoon in the relaxing pool. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Dave and Lorna are outstanding hosts. They answered all of our questions and gave us all the information we needed for the weekend. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

We found and booked this home 3 days before departure. The owners were very responsive making it a low stress process. The home was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We very much enjoyed the private back yard and pool. It was perfect for my husband and I, but there are two other bedrooms providing plenty of space for a family or second couple.

Love this house!! Perfect location for Surprise AZ. Close to restaurants and all the activities in Surprise. Owner was very easy to communicate with and she was very helpful. We loved it!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was clean, very comfortable, spacious, and had a wonderful backyard and patio area. Although we could not take advantage of swimming in the pool, due to unseasonably cool weather, we very much enjoyed the ambiance of the waterfall, lights, and the patio furniture. This home is in a very quiet neighborhood, and centrally located to everything. It was only a 20 minute drive to the staduim in Peoria, where we took in three Mariners games while we were there. We were sad to leave after our stay, and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to stay! The owners were very responsive to the couple of questions we had, and we felt like they truly cared about our comfort during our time there.

The house was perfect for our trip. Enjoyed the backyard with a view of the pool. The location was perfect for attending multiple area baseball stadiums. The house was very clean, well stocked and the master bed was very comfortable. We hope to be able to return in the future. Communication and check in was great. We would highly recommend this home.

We stayed here with another couple for a friend’s 50th birthday and baseball spring training. The house is amazing! Loved the backyard, pool, and location. Extremely clean and new. I am a very particular VRBO renter and this home exceeded all of my expectations and was 5 minutes from the KC Royals spring training stadium.

The hosts of this lovely home obviously care about giving their guests the best possible VRBO experience. We stayed here while going to Oregon State University baseball games at Surprise Stadium just 5 minutes away. It served our needs perfectly. The check-in was easy-peasy, as was communication with host Lorna. The home is beautifully and thoughtfully furnished and has well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were the most comfortable we have experienced in a vacation rental. Although we weren't able to enjoy the pool, it provided a delightful view during our stay. We highly recommend this home.

We were here for the tennis tournament. The house is close to the tennis center and to restaurants, etc. Quiet neighborhood and very clean and comfortable home. Owners are very nice and easy to work with for information of the area or problems you may encounter. We did not have any problems! Enjoyed our stay!

A perfect home away for Thanksgiving break...such a cute house with plenty of space inside and a wonderful backyard/patio/pool- spent a lot of time sitting out there on the nice furniture soaking up the sun!
We also enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and all the walking/running paths in the area. It was very close to shopping/restaurants as well. The house was great - everything was new and clean! Beds were wonderful, rugs were clean, knives were sharp, kitchen was well stocked - even with some extras. We enjoyed watching ball games on the big TV and having Alexa around for weather and music! Hosts were very responsive and easy to contact. We couldn't have asked for anything more! If you are in the area, check out Saguaro National Park down by Tucson - absolutely amazing and worth the drive! Over Easy was an awesome breakfast spot that the hosts recommended.
