Everything we hoped it would be. Facility was wonderful. Amenities, cleanliness, supplies were wonderful. Location is truly great for quick, easy access to most all of the places we might want to visit in Coeur d'Alene. We will most definitely keep this property in mind when we're looking for a quick weekend getaway.

Beautiful condo with nothing to want for. Owner has very thoughtfully thought of everything. Comfortable bed and linens and close to restaurants, shops and the river boardwalk. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay and would book again at this CDA condo. The location is amazing and so close to many restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, etc. It was nice to just walk to dinner and breakfast. Very clean and as described.

The condo is in a village setting with restaurants, movie theatre, and shopping. It's a short walk to the Spokane River and a 2 mile distance to the Coeur d'Alene city center. The condo was immaculate and modern with a nice balcony. We would absolutely stay here again!

The condo was spotless, and perfect for the two of us. The owner was exceptionally responsive when we couldn’t figure out the television. Several texts on a Sunday, yet never made us feel like we were annoying her. full size shower gel-oil of olay and suave for men along with Pantene shampoo and conditioner. Also a small drawer with many necessities if you forgot something. Huge towels along with makeup washcloths. The bed was extremely comfortable. Balcony perfect early in the morning. We utilized the indoor parking spot and the elevator with ease. Great place to stay!!

As other visitors have said, this condo was beautifully appointed and had everything you might need to have an enjoyable stay. We had a minor issue understanding the door lock, but Christy called us promptly and resolved the issue. After checking in and having a great time, we wanted to stay one extra night and Christy was able to do that with no effort on our part. Highly recommended!

Beautiful property. The bed was so comfortable and there was plenty of bedding, dishes, etc. for a comfortable stay. Host offered restaurant recommendations that were delightful, and all the host communication was helpful and timely. Wonderful stay--would look forward to visiting again!

We stayed at this condo and had a lovely time. The condo is located hear entertainment, shops, restaurants, and just above an amazing bakery. The host was wonderful, communicating with me before we arrived so we were fully prepared. She had the place setup with complementary coffee, snacks, and a list of recommendations as soon as we entered. This has become a family favorite and we will definitely look for this availability the next time we are in the area.

This condo is in the prime location for visitors to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Great shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Close to the lake and the Spokane river. The condo itself is really nice. The kitchen is is great and has all of the utensils plates, etc. you may need. The bed is comfy. Even though you’re right above the action on main street, the condo is really quiet. Parking garage underneath is secure. Christy the property manager is great to work with. Wonderful stay!

Thank you! It was extremely easy & convenient to get into our room. The location provided easy walking distance to numerous places nearby to eat and shop. It was a wonderful stay. Also, the large tub was nice to come back to after touring around CDA in the winter.

This condo was perfect for my time here while doing a software conference. It was easily accessible and clean and much better then a hotel for 4 days! Highly recommend and would book again for my future training visits.

What a great place! Everything was first class from ultra soft towels, sharp knives in the kitchen, great restaurants within walking distance, luggage cart to expedite checkin, walking paths to downtown, beach chairs and beach towels., snacks. A Kleenex dispenser would have been nice.

We had such a great time in Coeur d’Alene! This condo is absolutely incredible. The location has lots of shops and restaurants nearby and was only a 20-25 min drive to Silverwood. I really appreciated the safety of the building and the ease of having an underground parking garage. The bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. We stayed for 4 nights and could have stayed much longer. We can’t wait to come back.

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean and was in a great location. We were able to walk to several restaurants. The underground parking space was convenient. This is a great neighborhood and we felt very safe walking around. The communication with the host was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location. We went to Vine & Olive twice which is just downstairs and we met up with friends and family for froyo across the street. We walked over to Riverstone park twice. Oh and Red Robin is right there too. The condo was clean, stylish, comfortable and well stocked. The balcony was an added bonus for coffee in the morning. We will definitely stay here again!

Quiet great location but right in the middle of everything. Felt like home. So much better than a hotel room and for a much better rate. Excellent communication and instructions from Jason and they are very thoughtful and insightful on everything you might need in a home away from home. Can’t wait for my next visit!

We booked this property because of its location to downtown CDA, it’s an easy 1.7 miles to town. The unit is surrounded by shops and a variety of restaurants so you don’t even have to leave if you don’t want to. I was pleasantly surprised how well appointed the suite is! They thought of everything including an ample variety of convenience items like shaving cream and sunscreen, and a little bowl of snacks on the table. They provide beach towels and beach chairs and lots of big fluffy bath towels to use after you soak in the garden tub. The unit has a queen bed in the bedroom and a super comfortable couch with a hide-a-bed, and they also have an inflatable mattress with enough matching bedding for everything. Even though the unit is on the second floor above some shops you would never know it. It was so quiet it was like we were the only people in the building. There was some construction noise due to a new garage or something going up but with the windows closed we could barely hear it. The underground garage was easy to get in and out of and the building provides a luggage rack and shopping carts so you can unload your car. I could go on, obviously we were impressed and we will definitely stay again!

This condo is right in Riverstone Village with food, shopping, and movies right down stairs. It is a great spot with everything thing you want close by and plenty of free parking. Only a few minutes from downtown Coeur d’Alene and within 10-15 from the large stores like Costco and Target. The unit itself has plenty of room and is well stocked with all the essentials needed and then some, more than I’ve seen in other places we have been. I did have a couple of questions before I arrived and Jason was very nice and responded quickly. I am keeping this one on my list for when we come back.
