Centrally located. Close to the train station. The bed was comfy and the staff are friendly.
The wall is too thin so we can hear the neighbours next door and upstairs. The room lighting is not bright enough. No lights on the ceiling, only near the door entrance.

Spacious surroundings inside and out
Good sized room facing North and nearby volcanoes

Breakfast could be better having stayed at other nearby hotels.
Bad rear of kitchen pool location. OK if you don't like the sun.
Key card slot didn't work so power AC was on 24/7 🙂

location is near tugu jogja and many food stalls around
the staff from bfast time, who tell us many times that we
did not have include bfast voucher therefore, as if we can not
have bfast there, when I told her that I am willing to pay, she
gave us permission, but she kept her eyes staring and end up
by another staff came when I still have my breakfast.. and
told us how much we should pay. come on, they’re not polite
at all.. the menu also so-so not tasty not so delicious.
Previous day before we came to the hotel, I want to manage
my booking by calling the staff but after some conversation
they hang up the phone, TWICE.

The staffs are friendly, clean room
We only can go to the floor where our room is, because you should tab the room key 1st before pressed the floor number. For safety reasons it's good, but for me it's trouble because i can't go to another floor where my father's room is. It makes you feel uncomfortable if you stay with family and our rooms were in separate floor.

When so many people taking breakfast at same time, the hotel didn't not anticapate very well in terms of re-filling the food and drink

Sei sapi is tasty and nice.
Health and safety protocol of Covid 19 is poor. No distancing and sanitazion during breakfast.
Quality of breakfast was bad. Too late in refilling the food.
Female Cook at egg station was very rude.

Tidiness and cleanliness. The bedroom menu was worth the price, especially for the rice bowl. Free hot ginger drink in the lobby, very comforting for travellers.
TV stations were limited. Noises outside the room were heard quite loud. No changing room for swimming pool.

Breakfast good enough, location closed enough to tugu jogja just 500m away.
Parking lot, there's a car park at forbidden parking lot and it's too close to my car so definitely no one help to park the car or overwatch when they park their car coz it scratched my new car paint.

everythings’s nice, the staff is able to offer rooms with connecting doors for us, bed is very comfy
