Location is okay, still need to take a taxi everywhere
Wasn’t properly clean. Late check-in. No internet as they didn’t pay the utilities. Hidden fees (extra 1000 baht on arrival)

Nice place for staying with kids. Great pool. Location is convenient. A lot was supplied. Cutlery, tableware, bedsheets, towels...
Dining or kitchen area is a bit uncomfortable due to small size room. One of the bathrooms (shower) had no hot water.

Person who checked us in, was very helpful and spoke good english. Also very punctual!
Everything was as advertised, location is great and the facilities are great. View is excellent.
