The area of hotel, and feel clean
The executive room with window is feel not secure because that room got exit room but cannot lock from inside ... So have to improved that room for feel secure

Hi. Have to improve on toiletries. No soap provided. No drinking water available. Need to maintain cleanliness. The flooring not well cleaned. Water heater not functioning well, have to wait longer time to heat up. When we entered the reception for checking in, there was heavy cigarette smell. Sorry. The location was strategic, easily accessible. The bed was comfortable. Overall, okay. Need more improvement. 5/10. Thanks

The only thing that I like about the stay is the washroom which was clean. Surprisingly, the heater and air-conditioning worked.
When I saw the hotel's actual rate, I was perplexed. I could have received a superior queen room for the RM120 I paid for my booking.com purchase. I was given a standard queen room, which was incredibly small. Additionally dirty were the pillowcases and the bed linens. I booked the room so that my mother and I could prepare for a wedding dinner. There is no room for us to get ready, and there is also no dressing table. When we returned from dinner at night, the area seemed spooky; we were petrified. The next morning when I checked out of the hotel, I discovered I had a flat tyre, which further added to the horror.
