Excellent location and nice manager.
I stayed at the hotel for 8 days. I was not offered a clean towel during the entire stay. They did not empty the bins in the room for 8 days. The room was relatively expensive for the value. There are better and cheaper alternatives, with a pool too...

Its really clean and nice place, close to the center
It was so noisy because of the beach parties around, it was not possible sometimes to sleep till 3-4am. If you are coming there just to have fun, might it will be opposite nice for you

The host was so polite and helpful - couldn't wish for more! I for one missed my flight on the way and my schedule changed completely. However, as I contacted the hotel they were so flexible and accommodating and they even arranged me a last minute airport pick up which was so nice!

Great and supportive staff. Surfing spot just across the road. We rented scooters there. Has paid laundry. Even it is near the main road, our house was the furthest and it was not loud.
Wi-Fi was bad. Not enough light in the room. Because of humidity our room smelled.

Incredible value for money - room with ac, balcony etc, right in the centre of the action in Weligama and across for the road from the beach and lots of surf camps. Amazing for anyone looking for a great quality place for a great price.

Neo Bay is in a perfect location, situated just a 30 second walk away from the beach. the room was comfortable with a large double bed, air conditioning, a fan, en suite and patio that looked over towards the sea.
to sum it all up Neo Bay is a family run hotel in a perfect location, it’s great value for money and the room has everything you need except a safe but instead you have a lockable wardrobe. the owner topped the stay off as he was so happy, kind and smiley! he even gave us a lift to our next destination 30minutes away.

No sound isolation so three times a week when the roof top party goes off, zero sleep until 2am

it is one road away from the beach, great staff, clean and comfortable beds
it was super noisy as the road was busy the whole nights we had to change the place. better to ask for the rooms at the back.

In wooden cabin, there was a lot of mosquitos. But I belive it is better in rooms with air condition in this hotel.

Really comfortable wooden chalets with great balcony seating and just across the road from the beach. Staff and owner super helpful and accommodating, really good value for money.

It is in the centre of Weligama bay and when you cross the road you are in the beach. Nice compact place. Well maintained. Good facilities. Owner and the staff is very helpful.
