A perfect stay in Piombino before our trip to Elba. Perfect service from the owner Andrea.

Great supportive host, in a central location with great amenities.

The location was excellent. Close to the railway station and town centre

Andrea the host was very thoughtful and helpful. He took me to the port the next morning so I could catch the ferry.

Good for short stay, few minutes away from old town

small, but very neat apartment - taken care of little things

the owner offered to book and pay for the parking, but the parking was actually free of charge n fornt of the apartment

Great studio close to the port!

Good location, not only close to the port but very close to the city center. Well stocked for a little studio. Good communication with the host, Andrea. Easy check-in and check-out.

The most confortable and welcoming stay in all of our italian journey!

Exceptinally clean, confortable, well planned and cozy. attention to detail present. Andrea is the perfect host, attentive, polite an knowledgeable. Fantastic location accross the train station and a very short walk to the historic centre full of history, shopping and wonderful restaurants, bars and gelaterie.

Andrea was a most charming host, and extremely helpful! The rooms are very clean and fresh, generous breakfast provided.

So very close to the railway station (where we arrived) and yet very quiet and on the edge of the old town.

The cure for Travel Blues.

Breakfast was thoughtful; abundant coffe, milk, crostate. There is a working ceiling fan! and a patio...and reasonably priced mini-bar. And the true frosting for the cake is a working corkscrew 😁

There is no signage/marquee for the property; one must coordinate entry precisely with host.

Welcoming owner. Spatios bathroom with bidet.

Kitchen has only microwave, sink, and coffee maker. To make a tea it was a challenge. No oven, so you cannot cook there, reheat only.
