Very clean and friendly staff. Big enough for fam of 4. Close to city center.

Hygiene, smart tv and wifi.

Location, service, parking facility and aircon was making lot of noise.

Too many bugs. Washer wasn’t working at first but was replace and had a really foul smell

I like the space, the facilities were just fitting for my need from home.

The drive/parking is so restricted that taxi drivers are unwilling to drive in with our luggage & shopping, so we have to self carry from the road.

the property is very spacious and well maintained. Very clean and tidy. couldn’t ask for anything better. staff was really helpful and nice.

the driveway is very narrow, so if you’re not careful you will definitely scratch your car or the building. parking is narrow as well. i would recommend for allocated parking so people know where to park as some just take up two parking spots

Everything about was awesome. Both bedroom had air conditions , toilets and showers were super clean. Laundry to do laundry and we cooked our own food because it had everything. Pots , cutleries and plates. Wifi speed was exceptional.

No breakfast - self contained apartment. Already given a detailed review on later stay in March (booking.com).

Fire safety may be a concern as apartment was on top floor with one narrow stair exit. Washing machine water outlet hose into floor waste was not fixed and partly flooded the apartment. Some tiling in one bathroom not finished around doorway.

The apartment was modern, very tidy, clean, fully equipped and everything worked.

A lock box for keys would make life easier. For our purpose and without a car the apartment was just a bit of a hike out of town. Could have caught taxi's I guess.

Love to come back I have been here twice awesome apartment.

Microwave too noisy.

Nothing, tell you what a letdown this place is. Location was excellent. Did our own breakfast. The toaster was not suitable for power point, had round socket. Safe deposit box is not secured and is defective, TV did not work for seven days, Kitchen towel in place of face towel, Entry gate broken down, place got flooded twice. Not a single clothes hanger, no drier, inadequate and cheap kitchen utensils, no dishwashing detergent, Flimsy pillows and bed sheets, no first aid kit, no garbage bags, no mirror in bathroom, no side or coffee table in sitting area, Bar stool dirty and rusting. Booking,com refund me.

Nothing. The place is dirty, dusty hell hole. The most arrogant host ever. And i have stayed some of the best and worst, but the hosts were very proactive and obliging. Pacific Apartment as soon as they pocket your money they forget you, This guy is not worthy to be the family of booking.com

Stayed here with my family for a week. We felt safe and location was very convenient (walking distance to essential places (stores, schools, hospital, etc). The owner was very welcoming and approachable.

Limited car park space. Very steep downhill drive-in entrance and narrow car drive-in hallway. This, worried the taxi drivers and most refused to drive it. No elevator provides a bit of inconvenience for moving heavy luggage up and down floors, and for individuals with disabilities / mobility issues.

the drive way is very small, if you have a fwd or twin cab like I did, it’s hard to manoeuvre in the car park/driveway.

Great location, Aircon was great! the host was awesome! very accomodating! made last minute changes to the booking 2-3 hours before arrival and the host guaranteed a smooth transition.

the stairs 😂 but we had a lot of help form the staff carrying our suitcases up! which was awesome
