Absolutely magnificant, lovely and caring hosts. We couldn't have had a better stay and a big big thanks to Angela and Francesco who didn't leave any wishes open. Clean and quiet rooms, wonderful sunsets, close to the kite stations and Angela's wonderful breakfast on top which we already miss.

Great place, 5 min walking to the kite center, mini market is 10 min walking away. The breakfast is fantastic and the owners are very friendly and helpful. I would come here again.
The bed and pillow were a little uncomftable.

This is an incredible experience. Angela, the host, comes and prepares an absolute feast for breakfast every morning, including homemade sicilian classics. The best location in town if you are going to be taking kite lessons with any of the schools toward the north end of the west shore. It is so close to to Trapani airport that I actually walked from the BNB to catch my flight out. My friends from my kite school were incredibly jealous. Well worth the price.

I mean, not sure where to start! Angela, my lovely Angela! She's the owner and every morning she shows up at 8.30am to prepare amazing breakfasts, she's like your Sicilian mom! She's super polite and caring, and she is super proud of your stay and your happiness!
Kiters? This is the best spot to actually be, you got a open air shower to wash your body and equipment after a long day kiting in Stagnone, you got plenty of parking space, plenty of grass area to chill, do stretching, yoga, and the view from the villa is freaking amazing, you got vineyards all around and the best kite spot directly in front! Oh, did I mention that there's a huge fridge full of water, snacks, food, which is all free? I mean, whaaatttt??
I can't thank enough Angela and all her family for the lovely place they setup, and wish them all the best!

The breakast is amazing. It lasts you through the day, so that the next food you need is for diner. The location cannot be better within walking distance to all kite spots around there.

The location is fabulous, 5 min walk away from the beach where you can find all the kite boarding centres and the restaurants. Even though those places are booming at night the room is well sound proofed and you can't hear a thing if you close the doors. The place looks new and all was super clean. The breakfast was so comprehensive I had to take some with me for snack later in the day. All in all a perfect place and perfect hosts.
I think there was drainage problems with the shower that could be fixed. Otherwise it felt a bit like Fort Knox with all the cameras and blinking motion sensors around the property.

Great place for kiteturfers: 5 min walking from nearest spot, plenty of space in the garden to organise your gear.
Awesome breakfasts, great view on the sea and vineyards, great and kind staff.

The villa is located in a perfect place in the middle of wine fields with a magnific view to the ocean and the sunset directly from the terrace. Francesco (the host) and his mother are very friendly and are bringing every day self-made breakfast.
We will definitely come again!

The location is perfect in between all Kitespots. Actually one can monitor the wind and number of Kites on the water directly from the villa and then decide whether or not to also go for a session.
The breakfast is amazing. It is somewhat Italien, but offers a bit from everything and is sufficient to get you through a busy day on the water.
The hospitality of the owner was great too.

The house is very good located in the wineyards, super calm, very clean and comfortable! The rooms are stacy, with a Tv and storage, everything you need! I can only recommend staying here!!
Breakfast was incredible! Angela does an amazing job with so much love and passion to treat you in the best way possible!
Every morning I was looking forward to discover all the amazing things she prepared for breakfast!
