Location, the host, and the breakfast.

Friendry host Alex welcomed us. The room is clean and spacious, with shower room. Comfortable bed. Host served us tasty English breakfast.
We felt a bit cold in the evening because the heating system was not working.

Everything. Friendly and helpful host. Large room. Comfy beds. Great breakfast. Nice view from the room. Good location for walks around Nairn.

Well equipped large bedroom with THE most comfortable bed I have experienced in any hotel. Warm friendly welcome, with plenty of reassuring contact prior to arrival and questions answered promply. Great location especially for walking the Moray Coast, visiting Fort George or Cawdor Castle. A delicious, truly home made breakfast brought to your room at an agreed time. Absolutely recommend this boutique style, personal touch B&B.

From our arrival and the warm welcome we received my wife and I had a thoroughly enjoyable and comfortable stay. Denson Villa was exactly as described, which is not always the case, and we would recommend it to anyone. Our room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the en-suite was of the highest standard and the breakfast was great. The accomodation was excellent in every particular.
Neither my wife nor I can think of anything that would emhance the accomodation.

It was central, cosy, super comfortable bed and excellent breakfast. We also liked the fact there were heaps of interesting books available, although we were only there one night, so didn't take advantage. Next time though🙂
