Location is superb. Everything(coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacy, mini market, etc.) is literally outside the front door.
You can hear the waves from the living room.
The apt is nit dirty, but it isn't the cleanest. Needs a good walk through with disinfectant not just being wiped over. Not what I would expect after reading previous reviews.
Also, no amenities. Garage amd wifi are all additional costs.

Collecting the key was smooth and easy as everything was well coordinated and arranged by the owner . The apartment was well furnitured and the location was perfect and near the city main beach , shopping mall ,Resturant etc...
Everything about the apartment and it’s facilities were perfect and great . It had everything a family needs in order to spend a good vacation and relaxation time .
