Great location with self-contained villa style accommodation. A good size backyard is a big plus too where you can hang your laundry. The big TV in the lounge room is great too.

The backdoor to the backyard can’t be locked or secured which is a big safety concern. There were mossies at night which kept us awake till early morning. Hope this can be improved!

All was good for us - as a 60's couple who stayed for 3 nights while we played 2 rounds of golf at Barnbougle. Location - accommodation - space - value for money - all was great.

The only negative was my golf because Barnbougle Dunes made a mess of me!!!!

My credit card was declined so they assumed we weren't coming even though I had emailed and replied through Booking.com. Fortunately the manager was onsite when we got there and was able to manually accept my credit card and let us in.

Very dated. Obvious signs of recent upgrades but still a long way short of the price charged. All it needs is painted upgraded cupboards and wardrobes and more modern appliances, in some cases. Outside maintenance was poor even though there was a guy weeding while we were there.

The apartment has everything you need, including a very comfortable bed. It's in a good position. The manager is very friendly and goes out of her way to be helpful and informative.

Comfortable and cosy apartment with all the basics, lovely manager Colleen and even met the cleaner who was also lovely and helpful. Having the washing machine was great for us. Nice bathroom and shower head with good hot water. Undercover parking available.

Nothing to not like, the kitchen is a bit old and basic but fine for what we needed.

Neat 2 bedroom cottage close to town. Colleen our host was fabulous keeping in touch prior to check in. She informed us of local restaurants and which ones to book. We were staying for golf at Barnbougle, so a nice easy drive. Washing machine and clothesline in our own little yard. Close to the water for a lovely walk and walk into town. Aircon( heating) and electric blankets.

the position of the place was very nice just behind, the costal park which front on to a really nice beach.

Strong smell when we entered. Not sure if it was cleaning product or something else. Manager was lovely but when I went to book for my family it somehow only selected 2 people instead of my family. Lucky owner didn’t ask for extra but I was wondering why we had two queen bed when I selected 2 single bed in the other room and only given 2 towels. Was a bit confused as to how that happened but still enjoyed our stay. The outside of the apartment did look a little tired but I inside the apartment was renovated.
