I thought my room would have a microwave and a refrigerator and coffee maker but none were in the room.

It is the First Time we stayed in Downtown, and we appreciate . Freemont expérience is 3 minutes away by foot. Hôtel is clean and confortable.

We stayed in the grand studio king room. It was a quite spacious corner room with lots of light. Nice view of slot zilla and Fremont. Great location. Only a short block to Fremont Experience but far enough that the noise level wasn't too bad. The room was clean, a little wear but okay.

The staff are nothing short of amazing every individual performed above and beyond the normal! Starting with Gregory who delt with a very difficult check-in with an extreme level of professionalism and a level of customer service that is not the normal today. Ending with Christina (i believe) in security who expedited the return of several items forgotten in our room. And everything about the property wasn't 3 Star
It was 5 Star. Only suggestion: Keep the pool open a little later

I only have two problems with our room. One is that the room didn't have a mini-fridge. I didn't think to verify that because I am used to hotel rooms having one. The other problem is the plug set-up. There was an alarm clock with power and USB plugs. The alarm clock wasn't plugged in, so we had to move a beg to plug it in. The power plugs on the alarm clock didn't work, but the USB plugs did. There was one power plug on the lamp. My phone charger is USC to USC, so I needed a power plug. I had to plug my phone into the lamp. The width of my charger plug made it difficult to plug it into the lamp. My daughter plugged her phone into the alarm clock. I also have a CPAP machine. We had to move the bed again to get it plugged in. They should have a surge protector or something along those lines so that travelers can plug in all their devices.

I love the location of this hotel. Walking distance from Fremont street. Hotel is small and clean. Love the roof top pool deck.

The hotel was nicely appointed and the staff were great. However, being kept awake until after 2am due to the 100,000 watts of bass speakers next door at the Golden Spike was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in Vegas…and I stay every month. The mirrors in the bathroom and pictures on the wall were vibrating all night from the excessive sound levels.

The room was very clean. Price was reasonable. The booking pics made it seem like it was an upgraded room. But it seemed like every other room in the hotel. All the basic amenities. And the "free breakfast" was a stand in line for a bagel, small regular coffee and yogurt. Had I known, I would have not upgraded. Over all, still pleased with stay.

Was great. The only thing that was dissapointing was we were not aloud to pull a lay down chair out to enjoy the pool. They only had 10 chairs available the rest were blocked off and no one was using them.. thats the only negative.

Service on the casino floor was abominable. The hotel service (i.e., front desk and bell hop) as well as the hotel room was excellent. Totally worth the value to stay here for the accommodation and $2 hotdogs, but not worth spending any time gambling.

Booked rooms at same time had to pay for both extra fees twice. It did not help that when booking they placed my other room as the main customer . But the staff ignored it to help me. The photos on line made the room look way better kudos to the photographer . I checked both rooms mine had a ripped curtain but thankfully the main drape was intact for privacy. I know tv is limited however I notice way too many conservative right wing program stations. But thankfully I was able to use my Netflix To make my stay more comfortable . There was no view but it was five minutes drive from all I needed especially the two day events . The staff was very nice and well meaning . At the end of the trip my sister says it was our best trip so thanks 😄

Food was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful. There was a weird conversation about coffeemakers and refrigerators in room where you have to pay extra per day and they will bring you one for your stay. Also, the Tower portion seems a little dated, we had to move rooms into the new section and that included a coffeemaker but still no refrigerator. Staff was awesome, and the Valet service was worth every bit of the $20 per day with unlimited in/out.

Had a great time. Went for the Sick New World Festival and was happy to see a lot of guests where also going to the same show. Was upgraded to a suite due to my room not being available so they exceeded my expectations. Rooms were clean and got turned over daily. The restaurant downstairs had a great breakfast and late night burger special. Would highly recommend this hotel due to the great stay and distance to many attractions.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Check-in took some time even though there was self service. There were only 2 out of 4 elevators working and no working elevator n the parking garage. Pool situation was horrible. As guests we had to stand in line to enter and there was a DJ on Saturday. It seems like the DJ brought in many locals and his music was geared specifically to a certain demographic. In 3 hours we did not hear anything but Latin music. Other tnan that, we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in the gallery tower and it is so much better than the other towers since it’s newer. This trip was for my boyfriend’s 40th birthday and it was a nice stay and very comfortable.

We stayed in the galley tower, the room itself was nice but the music blasting outside made sleeping almost impossible. The front desk offered ear plugs, but that did nothing to drown out the pounding bass, it was so intense you could feel the bed itself vibrating. It usually stopped around 3:30/4am, so if you don’t plan on being back at the room until then, then it’s a great stay!

Service was rude didn’t acomódate for anything on my 3 day stay only ones come to clean room the pool was closed for my kid due to an event never was advise of that next day something was wrong with the pool so my kids didn’t go on the pool as well I try to talk to management and no help.

I came to Las Vegas to catch a couple of show and I went to the motor speed way to watch NHRA races. The hotel casino was very nice clean and the price was fair compared to the large hotels on the strip. the holet was about a half of a block from Fremont street and across the street there were bars and restaurants and in the holet they had a great bar with live music.

Convenient location. Much better with 24/7 valet service. Though parking structure looks a lot cleaner and secure. Rooms are nice.
