Our stay was amazing! The pictures online do not do the house justice. The host was very friendly, and the neighborhood is quiet. All in all it was a great vacation, and I plan on coming back!

Check-in, check-out process was with ease. Conveniently located to downtown LA as described in its online description. Surrounding area has shopping plazas, supermarket, fast food eateries. The home was very clean which was a must in my book. Furnished very well. Owner was available when contacted for minor questions. My party felt very comfortable. An enjoyable 7 day stay. I would recommend this listing!

There was plenty of room in the house for the four of us to spread out, and lots of amenities to keep the teenagers occupied. Kitchen was very well equipped, beds were comfortable, and hot tub was a big plus. Easy to reach from 118 and 405 freeways.

Property was chosen due to location. Pros: Very clean, everything functional, reasonable rates Cons: Cosmetic issues only Would book again. Be aware it's located across from a school.

We needed a nearby place to stay while we had to leave our house for 11 days (long story), and this was the PERFECT place for us. It was convenient, very comfortable, accepting of our 2 dogs, and our 2 teens LOVED the hot tub, pool table and table tennis.

The house is beautiful and was the perfect base of operations for our group. Everything was nearby. And the house itself was fantastic! We had two families, so one was able to stay in the upstairs which had 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, while the other used the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs. The open living/dining/kitchen area was huge and a great place to gather throughout our trip. As well as the outdoor patio (and hot tub!) was perfect for morning coffee or end of day relaxing. We were able to visit the beaches of Malibu, the central market downtown, Griffith observatory, and even Disneyland, all less than 1 hour away. We looked at booking hotel rooms/suites instead but the location, quality, and price for our group at this house was less expensive and better in all facets.

We used this as a home base while we worked out of town. It has everything you could need and all the fun toys included. Plenty of room for our 5 trucks to park. Our host Mikel was extremely fast to respond for any of our questions. Will definitely stay again!

My family, friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. There was plenty of space to spread out for a group of people and still be comfortable. The outside area was our favorite place to spend time enjoying each other’s company by the fires, having coffee on the couches, and hanging out in the hot tub. The king bed was incredibly comfortable, but the others could have been a bit softer (personal preference). I would definitely recommend this home for a group that plans on spending time in the valley and surrounding LA areas.

Awesome place tucked in right by a school. We really enjoyed the space. With bedrooms in all corners of the property and an awesome game room and back patio with the hot tub, you could have a group much bigger than our 8 there and never feel packed in. Owners were great and responsive too with all the info you need posted. Great place great area made for a nice getaway for us.

Our family really enjoyed being able to be together in one house, there was plenty of room for everyone to be together or to enjoy alone time as well. Kids and adults enjoyed the pool table, hot tub and fire pit. Highly recommend this property for a great family experience!

This house is everything and more that is said in the listing. We had two families that stayed and the house was gorgeous and everything you need for a vacation property. The owner was super friendly and amazing and anything you need he assisted with. Great response and wonderful to work with. Would highly recommend and stay at any of his properties. Thank you again for making our vacation wonderful with having everything we needed. Three adults and four teenagers thoroughly enjoyed this house.

Came in from out of town and had room for 8 people comfortably. Lots of communal space for visiting and playing pool. Would stay again.

My young adult kids and I (along with our family dog) were in Northridge for recording sessions last month and stayed in this spacious and well equipped home. There was a lot of room for everyone, including an enclosed backyard for our German Shepherd, the house was clean and well appointed, and the hosts were great. Mikel was readily responsive to questions and requests, and was extremely easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again!

This was an amazing house..We came down for a few events but also a much needed getaway. The amenities were awesome and we used the pool table and hot tub..We cooked in the well stocked lovely kitchen.. Mikel is one of my wife's favorite hosts.. He was very informative and helpful and answered all her questions. Would definitely stay again and thank you for the lovely stay in your home..

Great house and great renter. The layout of the house is great for our big family and it was pretty central to our activities. Played ping pong, enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table. Lots of TV's and not to hard to figure out. Mikel was very responsive, even tho his son was getting married that weekend. Love to visit the area and would stay again!!

This house was perfect for our family... not only for sleeping but to also enjoy our time together and reminisce about the life of our father. Thank you so much for everything....it was all amazing and made this most difficult time a little bit easier for us to endure.

Thanks so much Mr.Mikel for making my first experience with Vrbo easy and amazing. I definitely recommend this lovely home. This house was very accommodating to our group of 10 people. There was definitely enough space for everyone. The jacuzzi was absolutely amazing and the patio area. This experience made me feel like I was at my own home. Mikel has great communication anything I needed he was quick with responding. My daughter fell in love with this house so much she didn’t want to leave. Thanks so much again Mikel.

This house is unique and spacious. It worked perfectly for our group. Mikel was very easy to communicate with and responsive to questions. We had 9 people, ages 14 to 80, and we could have fit one more in. I don't think more than 10 would be comfortable though. It offered great space for a variety of ages. The pool table kept both the teenagers and the 80 year old busy when we weren't out sightseeing. Parking was perfect for our 2 cars. The back patio area was private and comfortable. Great vacation space!

The owner was great about giving us advice on where to go for meals and sights. Great communication with questions. Hot tub and pool table were fun.

The house was super clean, roomy, and as described. It was the perfect location for us to get our family together, and had a lot to keep us entertained in between our adventures around town. I think we counted about 12 TV's in total. We all loved the pool table. The kids played ping pong. We used the hot tub every night. Travelers will probably appreciate knowing ahead of time about the various security cameras, and also Claudia living on the property. Claudia does have a separate entrance, but it seems fair to know about that in advance. There were so many features in the house, which was great. It did take a bit of figuring out how to use everything. It would be helpful if there were some instructions written down about which remotes to use, how to adjust the hot tub, use the speakers, etc., and perhaps some labels for the different light and fan switches. Mikel was super helpful and quick to respond to any question or concern that we had. We would stay again if we were to find ourselves in need of a large house again in the future. Thank you!

The house was great for our large group - plenty of space with a big comfy couch in the living room. But the big hit was the pool table - it was in constant use! Plenty of parking, large dining area, outdoor ping pong table. It worked great for our group of guys!

My family and I stayed at this home for three nights. The owner Mikel was very responsive and friendly. We had an issue with the BBQ and he went and replaced some parts and got it working for us so we could have a family BBQ. The beds are comfortable and there are even two futons in the game room (with the pool table). We had family members ranging in age from 15 to 84, and fun was had by all. We played pool, ping pong, and enjoyed reading books on the patio. Thank you to Mikel and his family for renting their home to us.
