My experience was filled with excellent customer service, professional communication, cleanliness of the room and Inn in general, and a safe, friendly atmosphere. Nice location close to many convenient locations to visit.

The room was comfortable and clean. The floor under the carpet felt uneven. The building crew may want to investigate.

The room was very comfortable and clean, with a great shower. Breakfast was very good with eggs, sausage and cereal.

Spent three nights with my family. It was clean and stack was helpful. Property was out dated and in need of some minor repairs. AC barely works, beds very uncomfortable and very little places to put your clothing.

My husband and I said last year we wouldnt stay here again and didnt remember this until we pulled up out front. The beds are uncomfortable and not queen beds. I had to plug my phone in behind the entertainment center the tv and fridge are in/on you had to leave the lamp on for it to charge the Gfci at the sink kept tripping when i was curling my hair the toilet was wobbling and leaking so the water kept kicking on front desk told me that hotels.com was to blame for my bed thats what they booked me for but there was no other option but queen and king the alarm clock didnt have any batteries and no cord to plug in. Im making a note to not stay here again so we remember

Beautifully updated "older" hotel (1990's?) - new beds, curtains, TV furniture, etc. - all amenities that make for a comfortable stay. Well-stocked and managed hot breakfast was welcome way to get the day started with ease. I was impressed with layout of the entire complex - pool and dining areas on opposite sides but directly adjacent and within view of the check-in desk and office. Although I did not use either, pool and laundry facilities are available on-site. I'd happily stay here again, and would remember to bring my swim suit to try the pool!

Room was clean and decent size with microwave and small refrigerator. Shower had great water pressure. Breakfast was good and had a decent selection.

Bathroom was gross. Toilet was covered with urine, fecal matter, and hairs. When I mentioned this to the desk clerk he gave me a spray bottle and dirty rags with no apology or assistance. When I mentioned it to the day clerk when we left it was obvious she didn’t care either.

People were smoking right outside the door on multiple occasions. Guests were barefoot in the dining room at breakfast. People were talking very loudly outside the hotel at 11pm.

3rd party app said only one single bed. I call and ask for a rollaway or a suite. Nothing available. As im checking in a male is next to me asks for a room with a double bed and gets one. He was kind enough to switch us out. Staff very uninformed on property and the shower was ice cold

Hotel was OK, just average. A little dated but clean. We had a second floor room, there is no elevator so that was unfortunate.

Very nice and peaceful stay. The location was close to all desired restaurants and stores. The rooms were clean and we had plenty of hot water. Only issue was that there was a bad electrical outlet by the desk in the room. Great stay!

Older hotel but everything in working order. The room could have used better lighting, even with every lamp on it was still pretty dim. Nice indoor pool. Continental breakfast was so so. Coffee was good. Front desk and housekeeping staff very friendly. Very close to restaurants and shopping. (Unrelated to the hotel, but I highly recommend the Cherry Street Pub. About a 5 minute drive).

Booked our stay through Expedia for 2 nights for corporate travel. Plans changed and only one night was stayed. Our crew checked out the next morning only to find out that this hotel refused a refund for the second night. This is not how to keep corporate business.

Our room had a foul Oder to it. Our bathroom had dried up bloody buggers in the shower. The pool room was very cold and the water was not warm. This was not our first stay in the hotel but it was probably the last.

Very clean, and beautiful hotel. The only issue I had was that the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly prior to us checking in. The housekeeper left a dirty bath towel hanging on the back of our bathroom door. I thought my boyfriend hung my towel there so I used it, but my towel ended up being where I originally put it, so this was NOT of our towels. Which means I dried myself off with someone else's DIRTY towel.

Overall, it was fine.. until the morning. In the ceiling, when someone would walk, it sounded like metal creaking. I do not mean just the floorboard, but metal creaking. It woke us up at 630 am and lasted for probably a couple of hours. I told the front desk that it was really bad and not just floor boards, but it did not seem to phase them. Overall, it was an ok stay until the morning.

We arrived late to the hotel, we were checked in quickly but without much conversation. The pool was open but expected a hot tub. The pool did need to be painted or cleaned on the bottom. The room was clean-a light bulb was out but it was perfect for the quick night stay. Breakfast ended pretty early to us but was a full hot breakfast- nice. The tv was on a rude adult cartoon though and not suitable for children.

Nice and clean would stay again

Top of bed was so high it met my stomach. I had a chair to help me leap on bed! My one leg is covered in bruises. To top it off, the bed was hard as a rock. When we mentioned it at check out we were told all beds were like that except handicapped. I don’t think it would be appropriate to possibly take a room away from someone who required hdicapped facilities. Maybe get beds in other rooms that are easy to get on. This hotel had no elevator. While there were only 2 floors, I'm sure an elevator would have been appreciated carrying up luggage.
