This Hotel was terrible!!!! It was dirty, there was tears in the furniture. We had to ask to be moved to another room the toilet kept running and the refrigerator didn’t work. The second room wasn’t much better. So many stains in the carpet I kept my shoes on. There was homeless people right out front with their shopping carts. One guy was grilling his food on the side of the hotel in the parking lot. Didn’t give me the warm fuzzy feeling.

The desk ladies were nice until my husband used the back door and it deactivated his room key. Then they were rude, because they had to reactivate his key. Apparently none of the doors on the building can use the keys except your room key. Our room overlooked the dumpster that the homeless had apparently gone through. The room was clean however. The breakfast was very simple and not many options.

1st Room smelled urine and cigarette smoke. 2nd room a little better but bathtub flooded when showering and bathroom sink slow draining. Bed too soft no support. Breakfast is too simple with cereal and off brand hard bagel.

Front desk staff was excellent, however to many homeless people loitering around front doors, hotel itself was dirty, beds very uncomfortable could feel springs popping through, rug in room was rolled up in areas causing a tripping hazard in a handicapped room.

This place was terrible. Front desk staff was friendly. As I was walking in to check in, there was a group of people standing off to the side of the door doing drugs. The hotel itself is dimly lit and my room smelled of cigarettes. The turn looked like it had been setting out in the rain for a few days before being brought inside. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because my car didn’t get broken into.

We pulled up to the hotel coming in from Arizona and this place was a mess. People out front smoking fentanyl. The front desk lady had yelled at us saying no check ins until 3 and everything was just an absolute mess from the smell to the rude service. We will never be going back.

When we check in our first night, there was no one at the front desk; the clerk was in the back room and finally came to the desk. She didn't look good; her eyes were blood shot. Then, Friday morning, early, we came downstairs to sit in the lobby to wait for breakfast and were told we couldn't sit in the lobby until 6:00 AM. While waiting, we saw an older, unkempt woman come out of the elevator with a cigarette in her mouth. Apparently she knew the front desk clerk, a guy, because they smiled at each other. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling because the vent was not drawing moisture out. The bathroom counter had a gritting film on it of some kind. The multi-plug device over the bedstand was falling out of the wall. Bagels were cold; toaster was old and not working adequately. Saturday morning front desk clerk looked like she had just come in from sleeping under a bridge - unkempt and somewhat unprepared for the day. For $150.00/night, we were very disappointed in the cleanliness and amenities, especially for a Wyndham Hotel. This was not up to Wyndham standards.

Hotel is in need of repair. Room had some repairs but hadn’t been cleaned up and was very dirty. No room cleaning available during our stay. Will not stay here or recommend it to anyone.

4 story Hotel and only 1 luggage cart. Had to hand carry luggage for three people. Also the hot tub was gross and had sand in it.

The hotel was not very clean at all. Big tear in the carpet in our room. and the bathroom had lots of grime or dirt in the corners.

First room they put us in hadn’t even been cleaned, dirty socks in the floor, bed slept in. They moved us right away but the cleanliness and overall condition of the place left a lot to be desired

Place needs a lot of renovation and then more diligent cleaning and maintenance. Bathroom was a disaster with leaking faucets and looks like someone wiped poop off their fingers on vanity above the sink. Toilet was a super low rider so you better have good knees or you’re not getting back up!

Poor condition. No hot water. No working coffee maker. Lights didn't work in room. Repairs needed to be done. Changed rooms and still had issues. Limited breakfast. Cereal and toast only. Website shows Oatmeal, Waffle maker, Hot tray for eggs etc. Next to homeless shelter. Arrest took place on property. Definitely not what I paid for.

It was horrible. They are unprofessional and extremely rude. Worst Hotel experience in my life. I have never worse behavior by a hotel employee. They should be appalled and Dakota should be fired immediately

Hotel rooms are very dirty, elevators very dirty, bathroom covered in stains, carpets covered in stains, used worn and gross blankets. Wasn’t expecting anything special or fancy but I’ve stayed in motels that are much cleaner than here. And for $200 a night to sleep in a dump- insane. Lovely staff very kind.

Property is in need of major update. Worn carpets and furniture. Shower pressure poor at best. Breakfast consisted of bagels, english muffin and cereal, coffee and juice. Parking was good .

We couldn’t get out of their fast enough . Had to switch both rooms as they were dirty. The new rooms were not much better. Lots of damage in rooms. Drug bust next to our car as territorial dealers were arguing over whose territory it was. Man & woman drunk or on drugs in next room to us arguing loudly and profanely. They need an overhaul of the whole property.

The hotel room was very dirty. I didn’t feel comfortable there at all. The shower looked like you could catch something if you used it, and there were splatters of stuff all over the walls. Everything was so outdated, and I had to pull a nightstand away from the wall just to find an outlet. The outlet didn’t even have a cover on it. The staff were nice, and it looked like they tried to keep the room clean, but it looks like management decided stains all over the walls and carpet were not a problem. Was told only half of their building had security cameras so only park on that side, and their were homeless people hanging around right out front.

The service was so incredibly rude here I was surprised. The toilet was barely flushing and we asked if we could get a plunger to just do it ourselves and they just said they would send a repair man (never did). The first room we checked into had puke stains all over the carpet and was truly scary. We requested to stay in a different room which wasn't as bad but seeing the first room terrified me .

Room smelled like smoke, wouldn’t transfer us to a different room. Breakfast was horrible( gross cereal & juice). Front desk was extremely rude. & actually slammed door open at 11:02am because we were late. (We were just getting ready to walk out of the room) will never stay again!!!

Room was dirty. Bathroom door was falling off hinges and would not open and close. Had Bedbugs in the bed. They refunded our money and basically threw us out when we complained. There were no available rooms in Denver that we could find so we intended to stay the night and leave the next morning to look for a room without bed bugs. At 1AM they knocked on our door and said we had to leave because they "need the room". I guess they intended to rent it again to someone knowing that they had bedbugs. It took until 4AM for us to find a room 20+ miles away.

Hotel was definitely aged and room smelled of smoke. Sign said no pets but saw a few pets that were not service animals. Desk associates were super friendly. Gym was closed without any warning. Hotel serves purpose but would have rather stayed somewhere else.

Staff excellent. Bed, towels, sheets clean & comfortable. Room dirty, floor felt & looked vacuumed poorly. Coffee pot gone, iron gone, curtains filthy, homeless people outside our window, making commotion, hard to sleep. We were there 3 nights.

When I arrived there was no one at the front desk for at least 5-8 minutes. Clerk didn’t come down until one of the homeless drug addicts gave her a call on her cell phone to let her know she had guest arriving.
There were tons of homeless people hanging around outside.
The bathtub was disgusting, the carpet was not very clean. I found a dead bug in our towels.
The breakfast was a joke

I was disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working. There was an issue with my first room with a tile loose in the bathroom with a small hole, with a strange smell in the room. But the staff did provide me with another room which was comfortable but the toilet ran all night. I wanted to leave home early but there was no business center so I needed to do it at the airport. The exercise room also is not open. The GM yelled at an employee in front of me that if she didn't get in she was fired. I think discussions like that should not be heard by guests. There is a bit of room for improvement.

The hotel needs to do repairs to the rooms. The staff is amazing and so nice and friendly and helpful. The room I had needs to have the bathroom repaired with the peeling wallpaper and the shower walls need to be replaced. The wood shelves between the sitting area and the bedroom needs to be repaired as it literally moves if you set anything on it. The hot tub never worked while I was there for a week. The pool did get fixed by Sunday. It would also be nice if they offered yogurt and fruit with the breakfast as cereal and juice and breads isn’t much for a healthy choice. Again the staff are so wonderful that I wanted to comment that they do a great job of making it a nice place even with the things that need to be addressed by management.

I felt very unsafe, when we got there. there was a homeless man with a dog outside, looking like he was waiting for something to go down. Also there were people out side just standing around as well. the lady at the front desk wasnt there, we had to go search for someone to check us in a our room. The continental breakfast - was only cereal and drinks. i will NEVER stay there again, property was filthy worn out and broken down
