We stayed here for a family vacation and really enjoyed staying. The house was extremely clean and provided everything we needed during our stay. The owner was absolutely fantastic and accommodating. We will definitely be back and will book again with them.

Our overall trip & the house was awesome. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and accommodations were great. I only wish Amazon Prime was available to provide BET+ which would have given me more TV watching options. Please thank the host for us.

My 2 sisters, their families, and our family had a celebration of life for our daughter. She passed away unexpectedly in January. This house was was big enough for our party of 11. It was a peaceful reprieve as we were able to celebrate what would have been he 29th birthday by spending time together all under the same roof. We cooked breakfast and dinner and most of us were able to sit around the large dining room table. The rest of us sat in the living room. We played board games at the table. The adults slept upstairs and our adult children slept downstairs. We felt at home and we are so thankful this VRBO was available and very accomodating. What a wonderful reunion!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kristina place! The cleanliness of the place was truly impressive, and the host's attention to detail really made our experience exceptional. It was so refreshing to have a host who checked in on us to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The house itself was not only immaculate but also thoughtfully organized and beautifully maintain. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

We were looking for a family gathering location that could comfortably accommodate 6 adults. Kristina’s property fit the bill wonderfully. We had a mission of sorting through over 1000 photos left to us from parents and the generous dining room table and space was perfect. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and quiet. We didn’t use the hot tub but the back deck was very nice in the morning and evening hours for relaxing outside with family. Grocery shopping was close by (Walmart), and if you have base access, one of the gates is only about 1 mile away. We all would recommend this property and would stay again. Kristina is a wonderful host.

My husband and I and our adult children and spouses came to Colorado Springs to visit another child that lives there. This house was perfect for what our family needed and it was such a blessing that they had stuff to keep a toddler entertained as we had our 21 month granddaughter with us as well. The house was clean and tidy and the owner was easy to communicate with. From our experience here, we would recommend this house to family and friends.

Our niece got married Saturday July 22nd so we decided to make a vacation out of our trip! We traveled from Iowa to Colorado Springs and stayed here for a week. The house is beautiful, perfect & close to EVERYTHING in the Springs! Excellent communication, friendly hosts and amazing property! I would DEFINITELY suggestion here for your stay in Colorado Springs!

The pictures on the website are accurate. Very nice home . It was a pleasant stay . My adult children were happy to have stayed there . There is plenty of room for a large family. And the kitchen had everything you need to make a meal. No complaints on that . There was a small problem , but the property owner fixed right away. Communication was great . Definitely recommend this home if you are looking for a stay at Colorado, especially if you have a large family that you need to accommodate. We were a family of 8 and it was plenty of room for everyone .

Our stay at Kristina’s house in Colorado Springs was just what we needed. We were flying in and driving to spend Easter with our son stationed at Fort Carson. This house was perfect because it is only 6 minutes from Fort Carson, and we needed a handicap accessible house with a handicap bathroom on the main level. We were also traveling with a toddler; so having separate bedrooms downstairs with a separate living room worked really well. The main living area was also perfect to host Easter dinner. In addition, the house was centrally located to many attractions. Amazing hosts!!

This house has everything you need! Laundry machines on site with plenty of extra paper towels, trash bags, toiletries. We have sometimes ran out at other properties. We didn’t go down to the basement floor much but it was like a second living area with foosball and some work out equipment (we didn’t use). The porch was amazing with great morning mountain views, a grill, lots of outdoor seating, and a hot tub. The main master floor bed was very firm so keep thr in mind. The tub stopper wasn’t working and the owner came over same day and fixed it. Was a great experience!

We loved the spacious property. My parents were able to move about with their walkers with no obstructions in their way. They really enjoyed their stay. Thank you again. We will be definitely be returning if my parents are up for another small getaway.
