Overall the stay was enjoyable even in a winter storm. The company made the booking process really quick and easy. Communication was great. Upon arrival the house was very spacious for my 8 guests and myself. A beautiful and welcoming aesthetic. The kitchen and dining room were openly connected which provided smooth transitions for cooking/ eating. There were some maintenance concerns however I reached out to a representative and they sent someone out to fix some of the issues. The cleaning was subpar (noticeable dust, stains around toilets, etc.) also more bath towels and wash cloths need to be provided. I would definitely return to this property as it wasn’t far from Downtown Denver and in a nice neighborhood with plenty of local shops nearby! Consider this property when looking for a place to stay in Colorado.

We had a great 4-night stay. We had 2 dogs and a baby traveling with 9 adults. There was always plenty of room for everyone. The backyard was great for enjoying sunny afternoons and fenced in for letting our dogs play. There is a flat walking path with beautiful views just down the road if hiking a mountain is not your speed. It was an easy 30 minute drive to Mile High Stadium for tailgating ahead of the Broncos game. We had a great stay!

We rented the Mockingbird house for a week of fire department training nearby. It was clean and comfortable for 4 people, each with their own bedroom and plenty of bathrooms.

Plenty of room for the whole family to stay. We had a nice weekend celebrating my son’s engagement. There was enough room for everyone that flew in. We were close to the airport, our son’s place, and the party location.

Overall the size of the house for our 14-person group was perfect. We were a bit underwhelmed with the cleanliness of the property and the upstairs bedrooms were pretty hot. Granted this was a 90-degree weekend in CO so maybe that had something to do with it. The cleanliness of the property was the overall determining factor of giving this a 2. We had one dead frog and one live frog in one of the rooms.

Amazing stay for our families on downtime from sporting event and excellent space. I LOVE area and it was convenient to everything!

Overall it was a wonderful stay for a bigger crowd, the cleanliness wasn't bad but not amazing either. Would stay here again but hopefully not have to clean much ourselves.

Our overall impression is great. Five bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. We had eleven people in our family. It would be great to have more pillows available for sleeping. Thank you for a great experience.
