The main Light switch in the room didn't connect to any lights. The control knob on the rooms HVAC unit was broken so temperature couldn't be changed.
And oddly The breakfast waffle batter dispenser was broken but the staff said it's just touchy. No, it's broken.

Stayed for two nights. Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean. Will stay again next time im in castle rock.

There was nothing quality about this hotel. From the reception, where the PM Manager literally threw my credit card and ID back at me and they bounced on the counter to land on the lobby floor (no apology!), to the cleanliness of the room, to the toilet that would not flush properly, or to the limited breakfast. They charge $100 damage deposit and $25 late check out. Neither charge disclosed is on the website. All this is evidence of a hotel that is in financial trouble. I would never stay here again and recommend no one suffer a similar experience.

This hotel claimed that we took two pillows and proceeded to charges $70. I informed them that we actually had to sleep with a blanket underneath our heads because they weren’t two pillows on the bed. They were hostile and obviously this is a scam that they run based on previous reviews that I have now read.

The hotel was revitalized a year ago and it is an amazing condition. The maid service was Top Notch and everything was very clean. We found out once we checked in that a hotel is pet friendly. Next time we will likely bring our dog.

Arrived on a Saturday and we were told the pool heater was broken and would be fixed in three days. It wasn’t. Sign on the door looked like it was there a while. After seeing other reviews, it appears the pool heater has been out of service for a while. Otherwise a good experience, clean basic room, close to the downtown area and highway. We just needed a place to sleep, we weren’t looking for a resort, so it was fine.

All of the staff were very helpful and courtious. I wish the floors had a little more insulation. The couple above us were really having quite the time. I was lulled to sleep by what sounded like thunder for a long time. Great location and very clean.

When I checked in the lady was nice, when I checked out of the hotel the guy that helped me wasn't very nice. He took my keys and all he said was "thanks" and didn't tell me when I am going to be getting my money back since I had to put $100 down at check in, which wasn't stated anywhere when I booked the hotel that I would be needing to pay that. Also I wish they had a better breakfast variety, they didn't really have much so that was disappointing.

The check in process was anything but smooth and Bob was awkwardly condescending and not the most accommodating. Property was good shape and we got a good nights rest.

The room was clean, comfortable and affordable. The hotel is in a very convenient location as it is right off of the hi-way. The staff at the hotel are simply the best! The continental breakfast is only so-so but, there is a Waffle House restaurant just across the parking lot.

So much was good about this hotel, but a couple of things were so off we will not return. First the hallways were filled with the nauseating smell of pot, which wafted into our room. (What do you expect in CO, I guess). The worst issue was the bed. The mattress was comfortable but the frame was like a rollaway. It was so unstable and creaky we were afraid to move. Terrible night of not sleeping!

The stay here was amazing , I was traveling with my pets and the room was great, the pet friendly atmosphere was top notch. I will definitely be staying at another Quality Inn and recommend it to all the pet mom and dads out there .

Breakfast sucks. Just some random yogurts and 2 waffle makers and some cereals. Had to move rooms because our bed was broken. No dresser to put clothes, just a few hangers. No elevator or way to get luggage up stairs unless you tote it. Other than that, fine for the price.

This property is really nice-cute, clean; the staff was friendly. The room was a little smaller than expected, but that really didn't matter to us, as it was literally just a place to sleep and shower as we were exploring the outdoors/museums. (I know space matters to many travelers)
The swimming pool is heated and the kids loved it.
10/10 would go back and stay there.

The hotel was relatively updated and was very clean. The suites, however; are unusually small. The bathroom feels like a closet and the sink is located outside the bathroom in the main space. Using the pullout couch for the kiddo leaves very little room to put luggage anywhere. Having restaurants within a very short walk was a nice perk. Breakfast, while included, leaves a lot to be desired. Basically waffles, sugary cereals, yogurt, and microwaveable Jimmy Dean sandwiches. Overall not the best, but there are certainly worse places to stay.

I liked the staff at checkin. He was very helpful and allowed me to check in early. The bath tub drained very slow and I left a note for housekeeping. I had a nice first floor room which had a door leading to the nice courtyard.
