Beds and bedding hotel quality. Nicely furnished and well equipped. Great place to stay. Enjoyed the spa bath.

Very nice and comfortable apartment.
Breakfast was very poor. 4 people 2 yogurts for example. No protein in the offerings. Cereal bars !!!!! Not enough butter or jam. I could go on.
No info about local places to eat (which seem limited) or anything else.

No proper heating and cooling. Main heating and cooling stopped working and had to rely on portable heaters

Spacious, beautiful breakfast hamper. Bathrobes were a nice touch as the evening was quite cool.
A musty smell in the house. Shower head was hard to control, way too high and most water was directed straight above the bath tap.

Clean and close to facilities. Very comfortable. Laundry facilities were excellent.
Top floor was noisy above bottom bedroom.

Very clean. Well equipped. Two bathrooms was a bonus. The tasting heaters in the bathrooms were great.
Unfortunately the heating wasn’t working. Electric heaters helped but it couldn’t warm the downstairs. There was a bit of a smell when you walked in downstairs.

It was a delight.. we needed absolutely nothing at all.. such. Tranquil place to stay, just wished we could if stayed longer. It was so close to what we were there to do, such a the " The ship that never was, the Gordan river cruise and Rest 42° 10/10 thankyou

plumbing in the bathroom -upstairs - needed attention...had to "jiggle " the flush button to stop the water running if using the half flush...

Sparkling clean and beautifully decorated apartment with plenty of space to stretch out. The artistic prints depicting various places in Tasmania added some nice local color. I'd love to buy some for my own home!
The kitchen was well equipped for preparing simple meals and the town's IGA supermarket was just a 3 minute drive away. It was surprisingly well stocked with fresh fruits, veg, and meats/fish.
Wifi was hit or miss.

Was within walking distance to the supermarket and down the hill to the Visitors Centre, Red boat cruise and the hotel.

Location was good in a quiet street. Would possibly have liked to be a bit closer to the water.
The plumbing in the upstairs bathroom really needs attention. Water only trickled out of the shower, and the buttons on the toilet kept getting stuck down.

Overall excellent ..., attractive, comfortable, spacious and well thought out with a couple of minor exceptions (see below). Appreciated access to place to sit outside, laundry facilities and starter breakfast supplies.
Minor: Would have liked a place to put clothes in the upstairs bedroom, .closet/drawers ... and hangers in both.
Also a spatula for use with the frying pan.
