Nice townhouse, as described in the listing, clean and no significant issues. Only problem we had was the main dining room lights wouldn’t come on, but there were plenty of other lights in the area so it didn’t matter much. But the place was as described, clean and nice.

The property was conveniently located near many stores, restaurants and basically anything you could need/want. It was within 30 minutes to just about everywhere we planned to go in the area. The property was well maintained and the owner responsive to questions.

I booked this listing for a little getaway in the city for my husband & I, and our 4 year old son. From the moment we checked in, the communication with the host was really good. The house was immaculately clean, literally looked like nobody had ever stayed there. Well stocked with everything you need for cooking and for laundry. The mattress was very comfy. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, with friendly neighbors. The pool was really really nice as well. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I’ll definitely be back.

If you need to stay close to RTP, this is the place to be. We stay at many short term rental properties and this one will be on our return list. The host ensured that the property was clean and had all of the amenities we needed for a short stay. Being a five minute walk to dinner or a short 15 minute drive to downtown Raleigh and Durham, you need to consider this property the next time in the area.

It was a great townhome, a great location, very clean and accommodating! I would rent again.
My only issue was when I received a call 2 weeks prior to my arrival saying it was double booked and they were keeping 1/2 of my money. This was a horrible situation, but was later remedied after speaking to the right person. This never should have happened. But I’m happy to say that it ended well, and the experience was a positive one.

This townhome is in a very convenient place, close to Brier Creek shopping and dining... and the airport and highways. The house is very clean and has nice amenities. Lots of clean towels and sheets.
The host was very quick to communicate and answer questions. I can definitely recommend this place.

Great location, comfortable living room and bedrooms. Kitchen could use some more cooking and storage amenities - had nothing to use to cook dinner in the oven or store leftovers. Owner was very responsive to my message.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very clean, well stocked and bright. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Location was excellent - close to restaurants and shopping as well as close to main highways for ease of travel. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed this VRBO. According to my wife, it’s the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in (not that others were dirty, but this place was super clean). The location was great, with several of our favorite restaurants within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable. The management was super, very responsive and willing to work with us when we needed to make a scheduling change. We’ll look forward to staying there again.

My spouse and 15 year old son totally enjoyed our 5 day stay at Brief Creek Country Club. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. The place was clean, the kitchen well stocked with all the utensils that we needed, enough blankets and enough linen. Everything was excellent and this property is indeed well managed.
