Beds all had blood stains and hair on sheets and comforter. Hair in shower and not enough trash bags or towels for everyone also no laundry detergent to wash clothing

We loved Waikiki Beach condo! Perfect location, great pool, plenty of room for everyone. Having the golf cart was great for trips to the beach and shops. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this condo for a week in June. Upon arrival the house was filthy as if previous tenants had just left and basically beds were fluffed, not cleaned. Coffee maker had used coffee grounds still in it, floor was filthy dirty/black when you wiped it, crumbs everywhere and the return air vent at top of stairs appeared as if it hadn't been cleaned in years! We had to basically clean before our stay. House says 14 guests. There are 6 shower towels. There is a ragged torn American flag hanging from porch that is a disgrace. Lack of silverware for all guests. The pool is nice but is very crowded with all the guests crammed in to this tiny complex. There are no trash bags, The golf car was a nice bonus to get to and from the beach. The outdoor shower is also nice. There are no beach accessories or toys (some places do have them so I always check) Note that this facility has large amount of stairs so not ideal if you can't climb regularly. Overall our stay was ok, weather was great, beach was fun.

We had a very nice experience at Waikiki Beach condo. We chose this site because of the number of bedrooms with king size beds (3 out of 5), number of bathrooms (4.5) and the pool. We are used to staying in a house so the closeness of other vacationers was something we had to get used to. The bedrooms were great. The family room and living space was a little small for 14, but we made it work. The pool was great and the slide was a highlight for the kids. We loved that the golf cart came with the rental. When we had an issue with the cart - it was replaced very quickly. Parking was our only issue - we came from 4 different locations which meant 4 different vehicles and a golf cart with only two parking spaces. We were allowed to park at the rental office location which helped. We had a great time !!!!!

The outside pictures of this rental are not accurate. This is like a prison of apts and the photos do not imply that. While the place was clean and we had everything we needed except enough forks and there were zero trash bags -not even starters, we were dissapointed in how we were crammed in between other renters. Many other renters. Why don't y'all just show the actual facility instead of just the pool view? Perhaps because for the price there are many other more appealing options. I am researching false advertising complaint options and will be following through with that. Pool was constantly overcrowded because there are soooo many people at this place. An American flag literally shredded was hanging from the balcony. Anyway, super dissapointed and won't be using yours services again.

The condo was beautiful and in a great location. We really enjoyed the pool and how clean it was. Unfortunately we had issues with the condo. The wifi was not working and it was occasionally needed. Two of the beds had sand on top of them and in the sheets. We grabbed one of the extra covers and it had yellow crust on it, and you could definitely tell it had not been cleaned. The house sleeps 14, we registered for 13, but we're only given 6 towels and half of them were dirty. The television on the top floor did not work. The shower on the top floor barely drained. The house was not cleaned at all. There was food and dirt left on and in the couches, as well as the floors. It was pretty disgusting with the amount of dirt and trash that was left there. The freezer had ice poured in it from a previous tenant and it was covered in dirt. When I contacted the rental company they told us the wifi had been out for a while. It was working in other condos though. They also sent us the address across town to get more towels.

We enjoyed are stay. Although it wasn't a huge inconvenience I do think that it should be advertised that the 3rd floor bedroom does not have a door. Overall though we were very happy with the house and would definitely recommend it.

The house was very nice, enough room for everyone, nicely decorated, the pool was great, distance from beach perfect. 3 items notable:
1. The floors were very dirty, they had not been washed in a while. Everyone had black feet.If there had been a mop i would have mopped.
2. The American flag attached to house out front was in ribbons. It should have been replaced months ago.
3. Put the brush attachment on the vacuum and dust the ropes and sculptures on the walls.
Everyone loved the golf cart.Theses items would not prevent us from renting again, but please fix them.

Our stay was stress-free from the get go. We had a cancer patient with us and all I have to say is this company is wonderful with their full service including house, golf cart, and a personal shopper who delivers groceries. The house was clean, wonderfully decorated, the pool was great and it was only a short ride to the beach. We even rented a second golf cart from them and it was delivered to the house before we arrived.
I had read other comments on the house about the stairs, but no matter where you stay in Port A you will have to navigate stairs. We got our patient up the stairs slow and steady to the main suit and she enjoyed her visit as did the rest of the family.

We love Beachside, location,HEATED pool, and our unit was comfortable and plenty of bathrooms…..a few improvements would make it perfect….upon arrival our code was wrong(couldn't get in) WiFi a mess with wrong passcodes etc. no tv directions and each one a puzzle, A notebook with directions would help.
One towel a person for a five night stay and no bath mats, three trash bags, .., bring your own…
The golf cart parking break was a challenge…we used a brick to hold in place….
But we loved our stayed regardless of these inconveniences, overall it was big, roomy , and comfortable.

Rental was great. Perfect vicinity to beach, pool and town. Getting a golf cart with it a definite plus. Any issues, mgmt was on it. Would highly recommend.
Suggest more kitchen towels and dishrags, otherwise perfect.

All enjoyed and beds were perfect for our tall family. Pool was fun, but there were issues with groups of teens being permitted to jump off of rocks and scaring younger swimmers-not good.

Excellent beach home for a large family gathering! This property had everything we needed and even had a golf cart for us to use, which is an added bonus. The beach is just a short walk or golf cart ride away. The home was clean for the most part. The only thing I would suggest is that the cleaning crew needs to mop (that's why it got 4 stars). Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would rent this property again!

Best place we have ever stayed! The cleanest place we have ever stayed! Loved Wakiki Beach, the house and pool . Silver Sands staff you guys were great. Friendly and helpful. We will be doing all of our rentals from you in the future.

We had a nice time, unfortunately we did have to deal with a couple things. I didn’t like having the call the office 3 days in a row for more towels. Most of the towels were covered with makeup, thank God we brought a few from the house. Check in was annoying, we were so ready to walk in and unpack, but it wasn’t ready so we waited in the car for another 30 min.The house had nice pictures on the wall, but the nails were terrible and pictures started falling off the walls. Luckily, no one got hurt and I reported it right away. The community pool was great, but it would fill up with a lot of folks, it seemed like folks from other areas were pulling up in their golf carts to swim in our pool. In the end, we were grateful we found a place for our family and the location was perfect. Thank you

The heated pool was a plus since we stayed in the colder month of November. We also enjoyed having the golf cart and the beach was a short ride away from our place. I would not recommend the place if yu do not like stairs bc the kitchen and dining is on the 2nd floor and the rental is a total of 3 stories. This didn't bother us or the kids however, I know for some it would be a challenge. We would definitely rent the place again!
