We had a lovely stay in a well-maintained, clean and very conveniently situated and configured house. We could walk to the beach, and the neighborhood was walkable as well. The house has 4 lovely and well appointed bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms. The living area has both places to get together and places to escape for some quiet. The hosts were extremely accommodating. It was too cool to swim but the pool looked really inviting. We would definitely stay there again!

This home was perfect for our stay. We had a cloudy and rainy week but were still able to enjoy ourselves on the roomy porch by the pool and the lovely, spacious inside with so much provided for guests. I would highly recommend!

We had a family reunion and with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and an incredibly well stocked house, we had an amazing stay. There was plenty of room to move around, screened porch next to pool & fountain to enjoy the weather, and a well stocked kitchen when we decided to prepare a few meals. A real plus was the 1/2 block walk to the beach access point for many walks on the beach. With room for 5 cars in the driveway, we had room for the rental cars with folks coming from 3 states. A wonderful, welcoming place to stay!

This is the second property of Dean and Patricia's that we have stayed at in Mel Beach. Just like the other one every detail has been thought of. They are a dynamic dual in anticipating what their guests may want. Both places were clean, updated and had extra amenities that made our stay spectacular. We appreciate that they allow us to bring our well-behaved shih-tzu. We will always check their properties first for availability when we are in the area.

6 family members stayed here for Thanksgiving with cousins in the area. Everything and everyone enjoyed the home and pool!

We had a great time and loved The pool house! Dean and Patricia were easy to work with. The house was beautiful. Amenities were great; house was clean. Even the little things like coffee available before we made it to the store the next morning.( we arrived late in the evening and were tired) My daughter-in-law was thrilled with the sensitive laundry detergent for our youngest grandchild. There were 8 of us and my younger daughter lives nearby and was there most of the time. We visited Sebastian State Park a couple of days and that was great. Of course, the grandchildren enjoyed the pool. We will definitely be back.

My mother in law and I stayed for a couple of days because my niece had a baby. It was a wonderful visit made even better by our incredible stay. The house was so clean. The hosts made sure their guest had everything they needed. I have stayed in other VRBO’s that were not as plentifully stocked as this home. The pool was a perfect size and temperature. And Dean was so communicative even letting us know when there was a shuttle launch. Everything was perfect! Many thanks to the incredible hosts!

This property receives the highest marks. It was spacious, tastefully decorated, and well equipped. I challenge anybody to find one amenity that wasn’t covered. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and the outdoors were fully equipped with the highest quality items. The beach is a couple minute walk from the door and the private pool is steps from very comfortable screened porch. We rented the golf cart and loved taken in to the local pier to watch the sunsets and stopped for pizza or ice cream on the way home. Highly recommended. We will return. Drove to Disney one day and it was an easy to handle hour and twenty minutes away. Dean and Patricia are wonderful to work with.

Dean was an amazing host and made himself available for any questions/concerns that were to arise. Good communication. The house was beautiful and included a lot of extras that weren’t expected!!! Would definitely recommend!!!

Our family loved our stay here. Very comfortable home with every amenity you could imagine. Plenty of space for the whole family to relax and spread out. We enjoyed making meals on the grill and in the kitchen.

We enjoyed our 3 day weekend trip to Melbourne beach. The home stay was wonderful. So well thought out about each and every item in the house. You can get littlest thing in this home-from first aid kit to every cooking utensils. The only thing to keep in mind is, the gas stove uses only certain kind of utensils which we didn’t know and carried some of ours. It took us some time to figure that out but the home is equipped with lots of different choices. The hosts were really nice.

Beautiful property with everything you could hope for. From the decor in the home to all the amenities provided, the owners thought of it all. We were absolutely delighted with all the thoughtful touches. I hardly wanted to leave to explore the area. I preferred to stay floating in the pool or just relax with the family. The fact my dog was welcomed put this property over the top vs other properties. We would love to stay again. Thank you so much!

This home was perfect for our family vacation. Decorated beautifully, fully stocked kitchen with quality cooking pans. Awesome yeti backpack cooler, comfy beach towels, Alexa in kitchen! Games for the family! They had everything for bathrooms including bandaids, makeup wipes, body wash, lotion, etc. Laundry room had all supplies, etc. Dyson floor vacuum was really nice for sandy feet!

The rental was amazing! Perfect size for our family of 6. With all our teens, having 3 bathrooms was a definite bonus! The location is quiet and just a couple of blocks to the beach. Communication with the owners was so easy and effective! When we make it down to Melbourne Beach again, we will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay with 5 family members and our dog over July 4th weekend! What a gorgeous home and quiet neighborhood - everything you would ever need for a beach trip and then some! We enjoyed pool time, family meals in the great kitchen, and relaxation. We appreciated all of the extra amenities and great communication from our hosts. Thank you Dean and Patricia! This was the perfect house for our family summer getaway. The house was very clean and had everything you could possibly need, very impressive. Easy beach access for the mornings, pool for the afternoon. Close to grocery stores and restaurants, small, quaint beach town. Owners were very responsive and had great recommendations for the area. We will be booking again in the future for sure.

We just got home from a fantastic vacation!! This home is extremely accurate in details located in a very nice neighborhood! It had everything you could ever need!
Everyone including the dogs had fun. We will definitely come back!! Our first trip to Melbourne Beach and it has now become our favorite!

We had 6 adults and 1 baby stay together at this house. The house was super clean, decorated really cute with all of the amenities you could possibly need and so close to the beach! I timed it and it was a 4 minute walk to the beach. They also provide a ton of beach toys and a wagon to pull down there as well as Yeti coolers! The pool area was really clean and a great size with plenty of chairs for everyone to sit in. The property owners were really nice and super responsive, the one time we asked for something (very random I might add) they had it to us within the hour. They also provided a high chair and pack n play for our baby which was amazing considering we were flying and had two less things to pack. 100% would recommend this place and would love to stay there again. Thanks Dean and Patricia for sharing your little slice of paradise with us!

The home is beautiful and has every amenity you can imagine. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment and dishes, and the bathrooms with spa items and accessories. The decor is lovely yet low maintenance.
The pool area us beautiful and plenty of towels are provided. The patio is perfect for lounging or casual meals. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.
A short stroll to the beach, and beach chairs and cart are provided.
The owners are extremely responsive and all information is easily available.
All in all a perfect trip! Would definitely book again!
