We had a wonderful weekend getaway to Pigeon Forge. The house was just as described and we enjoyed all the amenities from the pool and hot tub to the arcades. We also enjoyed the beautiful snow as we were leaving.

Perfect for our extended family of 12 to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary.
The cabin was remarkably clean, everything was in very good condition (furniture, pillows, mattresses, pool, hot tub etc).
We found it to be a great location, excellent property that has been well cared for and well maintained.
Kathy communicated in timely manner and we would be thrilled to return to this cabin in the future.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the property. The cabin was even better than what we expected. The cabin is spacious and the rooms were beautiful. I would highly recommend this property!

Stay was great everything was as it was expected. Only small issue we had was the hot tub was in sleep mode and had to research on youtube on how to take it out of sleep mode so it would warm up. Overall stay was great!

The house was clean and the location for activities was very good. There was a food store in close proximity as well as many attractions. The host was very quick at responding to questions. Below is my list of pros and cons.
Pro
Pool the children age 6 and 9 loved it.
There were locks on entrance to Pool area so they could only go in with adult supervision.
There were Pool toys for them to enjoy.
House was spacious
Clean and well decorated
Most bedrooms had a bathroom
There was a separate game room and movie room.

No front or back yard - back is on a slope front is on the street
Houses are very close together you can look down on the house next door.
Can’t really walk around neighborhood because of steep

Pool area had a strong chlorine smell. Difficult for some adults to sit in there
Hot tub was not very clean.
Every day there was a smell that drove you indoors which was mentioned in the rental. The plus side was it didn’t last too long.
We were charged a $300 deposit which they wanted to keep because the cleaner claimed we had a dog there. We don’t have a dog nor were there any visitors at our house. We were able to resolve the problem and got our money back.

Awesome having a bathroom for every bedroom. The kids loved the pool. Great kitchen, hot tub and balconies. Super close to Dollywood and everything we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge. The kids wanted it to be their new permanent home.

The property is amazing! The game room, Theater, and pool area was a hit with my grandkids. The host (Kathy) was responsive and prompt with email.

The cabin was so great! We had lots of room for our big family to spread out. We enjoyed all the amenities and how close it was to all the attractions. The cabin was so clean and comfortable and had anything we could have ever needed. We really enjoyed our time there and made some great memories!

Enjoyed all of the amenities. Pool, game room, and movie theater were a plus for the kiddos. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom.

Our family loved the cabin! It was clean and spacious for the 12 of us. The grandchildren really loved the pool and game room! The beds were comfortable and cozy as well. I would suggest adding a few grilling utensils (my husband’s request, lol) and maybe some door hooks in the bathrooms to hang your towels. We couldn’t get the waterfall to work in the pool but the kids didn’t mind because they had a lot of pool toys to play with that were provided. Overall great stay! Pleased with the owner’s communication from booking to checkin.
