LOVED the location, condo and HOA very well run and maintained.

The rental management was disappointing. We were given the wrong code to access the beach and pool. It took two phone calls (first one the gentleman hung up on me so I had to call back and start over). No one I spoke with could resolve the issue and I was told someone would call back with a correct code. We did not receive a call that night. The next day I had to reach out again asking for a correct code and only then did I receive a call with working numbers. It took almost 24 hours to be able to access the beach. Another guest family also received the same incorrect numbers. Also the parking pass was not available day of check in so we were given a temp pass and told the HOA would come to us and trade for the real pass. We instead find a tow notice on the windshield saying our pass was invalid. We went to the HOA office who said the rental management should not have told us that. We were just trying to follow the rules and expectations, very bumpy start to our stay.

Location was great. It's the rest that was a problem.

I had to wash the dishes in the dishwasher since they were not clean. I had to clean the balcony as it was very dirty mostly with ashes from previous renters. The sofa was very uncomfortable. I am disabled and that was an issue for me. Also, the fact that there was never a person on property to deal with. No one for check in or check out. That really is bad business practice. I don't care that it was holiday time. I used to work every holiday at one point in my career.
