The House itself , was so clean , had so much room, so many fun games, and the hot tub was the best way to relax after a long hike .
The price point is amazing for the Amenities, I’d highly recommend staying here .

The house was beautiful and perfect for a large family visit. It had game rooms and lots of space. It was well stocked with kitchen items and coffee and tea. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.

Family vacation with 2 families. This house was perfect and fit all 8 of us well. The extra amenities were great to have after long days enjoying the views. The location of this house was close to everything we visited and made most drives about 20 minutes. We will definitely look into this house again for our next visit.

We really enjoyed this beautiful, clean, and quiet property with 4 bedrooms, more beds than we needed, and responsive and nice management. The house was as expected. We loved using the hot tub and game room during our stay. The check-in & check-out process was clear & easy. Property manager was in contact with us and very approachable. We didn’t need anything extra or unexpected during our stay. The location was quiet & safe. We loved our stay, definitely recommend the property, and would stay here again. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and we felt safe. There were 8 of us and an infant and we had plenty of room. The basement area was freezing and the upstairs was a little warmer at night than we are use to, but there were fans and we brought fans, so that helped. The owner said to leave basement door open to help balance the temp but couldn’t tell much difference. The owner did offer to bring by a heater for basement but with the blankets it was fine for sleeping. The fridge went out so we were without the big fridge for two days but the owner worked promptly to get it fixed. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Lots of deer out and about. The location was good. The house was well equipped. We enjoyed playing ping pong and pool. The hot tub is nice after a long day of hiking/walking. Communication with the owner was great, they responded promptly each time, and checked in to see if things were ok. We enjoyed our stay and my husband and I enjoy being able to have our kids and grandkids all in one place together.

This home offered the perfect location and amenities for our family. Ample space, beautiful modern European decor, plenty of beds/baths and less than 30 minutes Garden of the Gods and Pike's Peak. Our teens loved the weight room, gaming area and pool table...and the adults loved the hot tub and separate spaces for all to hang out. Property manager was super responsive without sacrificing privacy, and graciously allowed us early check in when our flight arrived in town. We were pleasantly surprised by drinks and snacks waiting for us. And the neighborhood was friendly with a great park nearby. Would definitely rent this property again!

This house was great. Plenty to do and really clean. I am a crazy picky and was totally comfortable here. The whole family played ping pong and air hockey tournament style. Great office for working away from home. The playground is walking distance. I will definitely book here when we come out next.

My family stayed for a family wedding - it was the perfect location and very centrally located. Super clean and well stocked! I would highly recommend. There are a lot of stairs as the listing says but it is a beautiful location!

The house was great! Super clean, close to everything! We had kids ranging in age from 4-12. They enjoyed the ping pong, air hockey, and, of course, the hot tub! The space was great for all seven of us and check in was easy! Would definitely book again!

My family and I enjoyed the house. It was a spacious, beautiful and a very clean house. They had everything for adults and children. We all had something to keep us busy. Hot-tub fun. Adults played pool then kids played ping pong. Some watched tv while the others played air hockey. The fitness room way awesome. This house had everything. It is added to my favorites. It is worth the visit.

First off, the VRBO owner was amazing. She was there for us for any questions or concerns we had.
The property was nothing but wonderful. From the space, to having whatever was needed, it was great.
The property was clean, in a beautiful neighborhood and was more than we expected it to be. We plan to return if possible! It was perfect for us (me and my kids, my brother and sister in law and the grandparents and we had a lot of extra room to spare but we're able to have a great time with our own spaces.

Everyone had room for adequate separation when needed, toiletries in abundance including shaving cream. Lots of condiments in kitchen. Go to house first before overloading on extras. We left items for the next guests. It was the perfect gathering place for 7 family members overnight and a few graduate classmates stopping in on occasion for our granddaughter’s Colorado College graduation. Fifteen minutes from everything we needed and more.
Management was among the very best with prompt replies to any inquiry we had! This home is spotless! Our sincere thanks to management!

This trip was just my wife and I visiting our son at UCCS for Family Weekend. Next time, going to bring the entire family and friends! Spacious with plenty of rooms/beds for a large family or group. Lots of options to entertain guests with pool table, poker table, workout room, TVs everywhere, mountain bikes, and more. Even a fully equipped office comes in handy for remote work scenarios. House is very well maintained and very clean. Lots of extra little touches like phone power cords in every room. Highy recommend it!

We stayed here recently for the weekend and attended our sons wedding. The home is spacious, has plenty of comfortable beds, and all amenities. The kids loved it and the host was great! I would highly recommend this property.
